I sighed waiting for the boy to answer the door. "Scarlett? Scarlett! Well, hello there." Luis smirked leaning on the door frame. "We're here too, asshole." Connie rolled her eyes. "Oh."
"What the hell happened to you guys?" He asked gesturing to mine and Aspen's bloody faces.
"You said you owed me, now I need you to pay up." I said and he nodded, but I can tell he was still confused on why I was doing this at almost one in the morning. "How?" He questioned rubbing his eyes tiredly. "We need to stay here tonight." Julie piped in making him even more confused. "Please." Connie added with a sweet smile.
"Please my ass, I need a place to stay. And like it or not pretty boy, I'm staying here." Aspen huffed pushing Luis aside and walking into the dorm. "Please, come in." He sighed sarcastically. "Gladly." Julie smiled walking in with Connie following. "Thanks, Luis. Sorry that it's such short notice. Aspen got into a fight with Emily and we can't really stay in the dorm." I explained while he let me in and shut the door.
Ken and Dwayne were playing cards but didn't look too interested in the game. "Howdy." Dwayne smiled at all of us not taking his eyes of the cards. "Hey. We kinda have to say here tonight."And then we explained the fight to them all in full detail.
"Holy shit! That's awesome!" Luis exclaimed making Connie roll her eyes. "I know right!" Aspen laughed with the boy. "Did she bleed?" Ken asked putting his head in his hands while leaning forward. "We didn't stay long enough to see." I shrugged from my spot on the floor next to Julie.
"I hope she did, that bitch has been getting on my nerves." Julie said fixing her bed that we made. We all had to make ourselves beds out of extra pillows and blankets the boys had. It wasn't the best, but it was pretty comfortable.
"Well, can't you get in trouble for fighting a teammate?" Dwayne questioned with a confused look. "Y'know, he has a point. Can't you get like, suspended from playing for doing that?" Connie asked no one specific. "I don't know, I can talk to coach tomorrow for you." I suggested to Aspen making her look at me shocked. "Are you crazy? If coach finds out he'll boot me."
"He's gonna find out eventually. Either by Emily telling him or the big bruise that's gonna be on her face." Luis piped in and I agreed. "I'll talk to him once he finds out, cool him down. Besides, he won't boot you, you're one of the best he's got." I said making everyone nod in agreement.
"Yeah, I guess so." She shrugged sadly. "Come on, let's get to bed. I'm sure Emilys gonna be up bright and early to tell everyone, and we gotta have a good reason ready." Connie added and we all started to get comfortable. "I was just gonna say she pissed me off. Is that not good enough?" Aspen questioned making Luis laugh while Connie rolled her eyes.
"Saying that will most definitely get you booted." Connie shook her head before Luis turned the lights out.

"Someone please explain to me what the hell happened?" Bombay asked everyone while we all kneeled in a cirlce around him. "Coach, Aspen, she-she came after me for no reason." Emily started to sniffle. "Bullshit! You liar!" Aspen shouted and I had to pull her back from next to me. "Cool it." I mumbled to her.
"Her and Scarlett, while their little friends just sat back and watched." She explanied making all of us yell protests. "Stop! I want Scarlett, and Scarlett only, to explain to me what happened." Coach got all of us to quiet and I sighed while the team looked at me. "What happened? Start from the beginning." He instructed and I nodded.
"Emily had said something to Aspen and I think it just prevoked her. I'll be honest coach, she deserves it." I explained and Julie piped up from next to me, "Yeah Aspen had a good reason, coach. I was there." Julie said making all the girls nod in agreement.
"Scarlett, Aspen, my office." Coach started walking towards his office and Aspen and I looked at each other and sighed. "Good luck in there." Connie and Julie said as we walked off.
"Coach, I promise we didn't do-"
"I know, I know. I just brought you in here for dramatic effect." He chuckled and sat down while Aspen and I laughed. "You can go ahead and get out of your gear." He nodded towards Aspen and she left after thanking him. "Thanks coach."
"Oh, Scarlett. Did you ever contact your parents about coming out here?" He asked and I remembered my phone call with my mom. "Yeah, actually. It took some convincing but they'll be here for the iceland game." I smiled and he nodded. "Why do you need them here, Coach?"
"I've recently found out some news that I need them to be here for, your mother especially." He sighed making me confused. "And this concerns me how, exactly?" I questioned confused. "Uh, well, I think I'll wait on her to tell you that." He nodded and told me I was free to go.
"What the fuck." I muttered to myself while walking out of the office.

"Oh great, it's you." I groaned while walking into the dorm. Emily was sitting on her bed reading a magazine. I'm going to meet up with Adam so we can walk around. "Well, since I'm injured, I'm taking it easy today." She huffed shutting her magazine. "You take it easy everyday. Besides, you've got a cut on your lip and an even smaller one on your eye, boo who." I rolled my eyes grabbing my jacket and walking out of the room.
"I swear that bitch is gonna be the death of-" I stopped when I saw an Iceland player who was walking towards our room. I hid behind a will nearby and watch as he knocked on the door. "Hey, Scar-"
"Shh." I shushed Aspen and pointed to the guy who Emily let in the room after looking around. "You don't think-" Aspen started to speak unsure. "She's an Iceland chick?" I breathed out remembering the blonde girl who was with their coach. "You really think? What if she just has a thing with that dude." Aspen shrugged as we started towards the boys room.
"Remember the blonde girl who was with their coach, she looks just like Emily." I suggested and she nodded. "Or maybe it's a coincidence. I mean, Connie told me I was over thinking things earlier..."
"We're gonna find out, get this bitch off the team either way." Aspen laughed while we knocked on the boys door. "Yeah."
