They also call it the river of truth, place your hand into it, let her waters show you the hidden memories you thought had been lost forever
Open your heart, let the river choose.
To the wicked of heart, stay far away from it, and do not come to this river thinking to use it for evil deeds, as not only will you not be able to see it, but as light as the river may be, it will not hesitate to drown you the oppressor, this river will consume you, the way it has consumed others before, like a cheetah goes after its prey, it comes after you with an angry wave, and once you prove that you're a snake she'll drown you in her mighty lake.
To the good of heart, come closer, her waters welcome you with open arms, receive healing, receive strength, receive the power to continue in your good ways, this river blesses you, the way it has blessed others before. In her waters deep and true, lies the answers you seek, let her waters guide you to the truth.
Are you in search of this mighty river? Do not look far, instead, look closely as it's in a place where you never thought it might be.

The evergreen river, she holds the key to life,
Those who drink from her waters, may never hunger nor strife.
The wonderful river of healing, the wonderful river of peace,
The greatest gods have blessed her, with beauty never to cease.

The evergreen river, the starting point of life,
Her waters form a cutting edge that's sharper than a knife.
Formed by the tears of mother nature, the waters run down her face,
And from there birthed the immortals, and the whole human race.

The evergreen river, the beginning of all life,
Some say she even married and became nature's wife.
The river chooses who sees it, only those pure of heart,
And to those who come with wicked ways, she gives a dreadful start.

The evergreen river, why hide yourself so?
She hides herself from all of us and men that come and go.
Who is this river spirit? Why doesn't she give away?
We hope she'll reveal herself to us and we hope she'll decide to stay.

The evergreen river, the one with blessed waters,
She prides herself upon the earth, one of mother nature's daughters.
Do the books tell the truth? Is the story just a myth?
Which of the elements is she? The third or fourth or fifth?

The evergreen river, look at her mighty size,
She'll sing a magic song for you her voice will mesmerize.
Listen to the river, she's got a song to sing,
Drown all your troubles into her hands, eternal peace she'll bring.

The evergreen river, they say she's very clever,
She'll show your hidden memories you thought been lost forever.
She has no beginning or end, but yet flows evergreen,
She flows swiftly yet steadily; she makes sure she's never seen.

The evergreen river, watch as her waters flow,
And all the answers your heart seeks, the river lets you know.
Do you search for the river? Don't look too far ahead.
The sun her crown, the earth her bed, she's got a sturdy stead.

The evergreen river, we'd love to see her face,
We'd love to see her waters, flow along with its pace.
We hope to see the day, when she'll join with the sea,
She'll spread her waters far and near for all and you and me.

Where shall we find this river? Where does she speed along?
Because the day we see her, she sings a different song.
We'll never know, and we may not find out,
But until you hear mother nature herself, then continue to be in doubt.
