The Wolf games

Vera Wang couldn't wait to partake in the Wolf games so that she could eventually be Alpha. She kept the idea in her mind before the actual event manifested into a reality. And played it over in her mind and envisioned herself maintaining harmony within the tribe. But some part of her thought how she could truly expect harmony if I'm not giving them the proper matriarch.

She needs to be on the same page emotionally with them and how they feel about things and actually take interest in what they actually have to say. And live by their wants. Because that's what it takes to properly rule your people, listening to others' opinions instead of your own.

The wolf games involve duels between wolves to see who survives throughout and your overall leadership ability.

Zaheed and Ivan are both Senior Wolves who are a little older than Vera, but her age is just a number.

"What exactly is age? Does age mean that he's stronger or more mature than I am? I've seen tons of immature people, but really what they mean is the physical aspect of age and not the more abstract version, but now they shouldn't 't let that define people. "- Vera

"Age determines just about everything. You look like you're 12. And you wouldn't exactly understand, something due to your age group. We elders have more experience, so we're more built to take on whatever comes at us. You do not, you just love to stay in this world of ideas, without even living your life. Just ideating it. "- Zaheed

"Leave the girl alone, let her live up to her dream to only realize the end results of certain situations. To come to the conclusion that she really has no chance of winning." - Ivan

Vera still wanted to join regardless if she was going to lose.

"Vera! You can't heal from this." - her Grandma said.

"Why can't I?" said Vera.

"Because it's like a diamond scraping another diamond. Severe damage will arise if you do this and you could potentially die." - Vera's Grandma (aka Grandma Wang)

That's not what Vera saw, she reviewed her dream of becoming a leader and in reality, she's serious about it. She made it a goal to govern all of the Wolfs in her area. So that they could once again howl at Morgana (the moon).

"All right we have Raul and Manuel battling first, so they should step up to the area at which they are assigned."- Stated Cicely (the manager of the games)

Manuel and Raul begin to make it to the center of the circle where all of the other wolf people are watching and begin to transform into their wolf state.

"Now that you've all transformed, I'd like you both to begin"- Cecily

The wolves growled at each other moving in a circular way. Until one wolf tried to take a bite of the other one. And the other wolf fought back and took a bite out of the first wolf. The first wolf took some steps back and fell on the ground and began to breathe in a hard manner until his breathing started to slow down and come to a complete pause. The wolf's eyes stared at Vera for a long time but remained unfocused and unintentional. The wolf was dead and slowly transformed back into Manuel.

Raul had managed to win the match. While Manuel had lost the match and his life.

"Raul seems like a strong competitor. Now I see for sure that I don't have a chance."- Vera

"You just have to do your original mission and forfeit the game and go back to Pennsylvania for a while."- Grandma Wang

"Alright."- Vera

Vera felt like she had lost some part of herself when she said this.
