(There is a bit of lemon in here... just lettin' ya know, and a fair amount of swearing)
Deep, dark, and dense... that's how the night was. Brushing his dark brown hair out of his face, he crawled up to the surface. Floating behind him, his feet kicked, lifting him up slowly, letting him get to the light. Faint screaming, and loud music seem to coat the air outside the water. Letting out a clear breath when he felt the cool air hit his face, his ears emptied out the water, now the noise of the party was at full blast. In the deep dark night, lights were strung up, on the beach, people danced, laughing as they drank. "Come on dude!" His friend pulled him out of the water. Water dripped down his body, as his footprints left a soaking mark. "Listen, John... I've told you this already..." they walked past, picking up a towel. "I'm not a party animal."
John let out a laugh, as his friend let a small smile sneak to his lips. "Listen man, now... I know that's a lie!" His feet danced in front of him, as he stopped his brown haired friend. His smile wasn't absent from his face. "Alex, you really know how to have fun!" John pointed to the crowd. "You probably could score half of these lovely ladies out here!" Alex smirked, shaking his head. He stopped pointing, rubbing the lower half of his jaw. John had a chiseled jawline, with a chiseled beard, with blue eyes, and slicked back black hair. Alex on the other hand, was somewhat different. Both of the men kept their beards shaved, and one of the two always had their hair unkept. That was Alex. Some strand was always in front of his one eyes, while the rest flowed beautifully behind his ears. Walking through the crowd, with a towel around his waist, Alex kept a straight eye on the house, where he would change. John loosely follows behind, getting caught by the women as they bit their lips, looking at John as he followed. They giggled watching as he looked at them with a playful smile on his lips. "Oh hey baby..."
"How about you just stay here, I'll be back anyways." John looked back at Alex before he disappeared into the crowd. "Alright man!"Inside, Alex changed, untying his wet shorts, groaning at the fact he was getting his floor all wet. Soon, he had clean comfortable clothes. Tucking the stray strand of hair behind his ear he nodded in the mirror before heading for the door. Something very strong pulled him away. A gut feeling saying he was missing something, something important. Turning back, he instinctively looked under the bed, reaching his hand out, feeling for a case in the darkness. His heart started to beat, where did he put it? Quickly he looked through his drawers, kicking around his clothing hamper. Checking his closet he found the case in the overhang above. Taking the box, he sighed letting the relief calm his heart. Getting on one knee he lifted his sheet up. Swinging his arm down to put the box down he felt a difference in weight. Alex opened the box, only to see it empty. He got up, getting his phone from the dresser. It must've been John playing a prank on him. These kinds of things were common. Opening his phone, and texting John, he wrote;
Alex: Hey bro, did you move my gun?
John: No why
Alex: It's missing.
John: You probably just misplaced itWithout thinking he put his phone down, retracing his steps, trying to remember where he possibly could have put his gun. Humming, he nodded, getting a little frustrated about it.
Walking with him down the hallway, she giggled, as his entrancing voice flirted with her. "You know, I never caught your name beautiful."
"Ashley." John eyes widened as he smirked, placing a finger on her chin. "Very pretty name." She blushed, pushing him into a room, feeling up his shirt, before lifting the bottom. "Ooh! Quick aren't we?" John cooed, lifting her chin up to kiss her luscious lips. The cherry flavored lipstick coated his mouth, as she unwound. Lifting her dress, exposing the underwear she had on. Black lacy bra, and black lacy underwear. Slipping his shirt off, he looked at her stellar body. "Look at you." She twittered around, a smile on her face, as he placed his soft hands on her hips. Laughing, she kissed him deeply, before departing and seductively laying on the bed. John smiled, unzipping his fly, getting on top. She rubbed up and down his arms, as his muscles bulged, leaving her breathless as he eased his tongue in. She started to rake her fingers down his back as she felt up his body. They both quietly moaned as they kissed, stopping suddenly when they heard a noise outside. Two loud bangs. Then the screaming erupted. Another two loud bangs. Quickly he got off, looking out of the blinds. Outside stood two people, guns blazing as they fire into the crowd. "Shit!" John quickly ran out, down the hall his fly still open and his shirt still missing. Everybody scattered, quickly running away from the two. Alex flinched as John opened the door. "Dude! There's shots outside!" Alex noticed his fly down, his deep gray underwear showing. "Wow, ladies man." Alex teased. "This isn't the time, Alex! There's fucking-" some of the wall tore off, as the bullet whizzed past the two and into the mirror, creating a hole with cracks coming from it. "Fuck!" They both dropped to the floor, hearing the downstairs doors loudly swing open. John quickly looked down the hall, hearing a few screams along with the loud gunshots, and bodies dropping. "Oh, shit..." John whispered, as he looked back to Alex, devastation in his eyes. The footsteps became louder, until the last few screams and bangs came to a stop. Now the faint footsteps were becoming not so faint at all. They were searching for the two, and they weren't going to stop, until they found the last two survivors.
