The Man Who Killed Them

Chapter 35

You wake up from your nap to Bucky planting little kisses on your arm and shoulder. "Hi." You say softly. Bucky looks up at you. The big smile you've ever seen placed on his face. He kisses you. "Hi păpuşă." Bucky says.

The blanket covering you two slides down your arm a bit. You get goosebumps and pull it back up. Bucky notices and pulls you closer to him. Trapping you in his arms. Warming you up with his body heat.

Suddenly, your door opens and Tony walks in. "Jeez! I'm gonna have to start knocking." Tony says as he covers his eyes. You giggle, "What do you want Tony?"

"We're going on a trip to Hawaii. Pepper said she always wanted to go there. The whole team is going. We'll be there for a whole week. And we're leaving tomorrow. Be at the jet by 6:30 a.m." Tony says.

"That's so early." You whine.

Tony rolls his eyes. "You know, I'm glad you two are back together. Because if you weren't, well, you'd be super mad at me y/n."

"Why?" You ask.

"Oh because you and Bucky are sharing a room. With one bed." Tony says with a shrug.

"Hold on. You were going to make us share a room before you knew we were together?" You ask. Tony nods, "You weren't getting back together. I needed to take matters into my own hands. Alright go for round two or something. Just don't knock her up. Bye!"

"Get out!" You yell as you throw the book that was on your nightstand at him. He closes the door before it can hit him.

You groan and lay back down. Bucky rolls on top of you. "So... round two?" He asks. You laugh and push him off. "No we have to pack." You say. You get up and grab one of Tony's shirts to put on. You throw on a pair of sweats and toss Bucky a pair of his sweats that you didn't give him back. He puts them on and let's them hang low on his hips.

"Go pack." You say. Bucky puts his hands on your hips. "Or, I can help you pack and then you can help me pack." Bucky suggests. You sigh, "Fine."

Bucky kisses you. You grab a duffel bag and start filling it with clothes. Bucky grabs one of your bikinis that would make Tony have a heart attack if he saw you in it. You shake your head, "No absolutely not." You grab the bikini from Bucky and shove it back in your drawer.

You walk into your closet to grab a shirt. Bucky takes that opportunity and puts the bikini in your duffel bag. Not knowing Bucky put the other one in your bag you walk out of your closet and grab a different swim suit. One Tony will approve of and not make you go out and buy a new one.

Once your all packed, you go help Bucky pack. Mainly all he packs is long sleeves and pants. "Won't you be hot?" You ask. Bucky kisses your forehead. "Unfortunately, because of my metal arm, I have to wear long sleeves to avoid sticking out like a sore thumb." Bucky says.

He turns away from you and keeps packing. You grab his metal hand in yours. He intertwines his fingers through yours. "I like your metal arm." You say. Bucky smiles the cutest smile. He kisses you softly. "I'm glad you do păpuşă." Bucky says.

The two of you finish packing, and sit down on the couch. Bucky wraps his arms around you and pulls you into him so your back is against his chest. He wraps his legs around your waist.

You pat each of his knees. Bucky kisses your cheek. "You're not escaping again păpuşă." Bucky whispers against your neck. His warm breath makes you shiver a bit. "No I'm not. And you're not escaping me. You're mine Barnes." You say. Bucky chuckles and kisses your neck.

"One day I'll be able to call you Barnes." Bucky says. You try your hardest to fight off the smile on your lips. You try really hard, but can't. Bucky sees your smile, which makes him smile and kiss your cheek.

The next morning, your alarm goes off at 6. You groan and turn it off. You lay down and don't move for a while before sighing and getting up. You change into a different pair of sweats and one of Bucky's hoodies.

Seeing Bucky is still asleep in your bed, you walk over and try to wake him up. "Babe it's time to get up." You say. Bucky mumbles some nonsense. You start pushing his shoulder. He opens his eyes and grabs you. He traps you in his grasp. One of his legs drapes over your waist. Pulling you closer.

"Bucky we have to get up." You say. Bucky groans and loosens his grip on you. You get up and Bucky starts getting up, but falls back down. "You can sleep on the jet." You say.

Finally, Bucky gets up and gets dressed. You let him brush your hair since he really wanted to.

The two of you head to the jet. Tony's already there getting everything ready. Steve walks in front of you two. Bucky helps him load everybody's bags up.

You sit down and Bucky sits next to you. He positions himself so that his head is laying in your lap. You comb your fingers through his hair and let him fall asleep in your lap.
