Chapter 3

*You bitch get your shit together

*And why the fuck should I you haven't gotten yours together father

My dad wasn't having it he took me and shoved me into my room and proceeded to hit me then lock my bedroom door once he left.  I tried screaming for help but no one heard me

That's when I woke up covered in sweat with tears streaming down my face, I was holding my legs up to my chest when I heard my bedroom door open and Tom came over and held me

"Shh darling it's ok I'm right here shh"

"T-Tom I called for help no one helped m-me h-he k-kept hitting me t-then locked me i-in my room"

"Y/n I know its going to be rough but I am going to be with you every step of the way no matter what happens I promise I will protect you with every fiber in my being because I love you, you are my daughter"

"Tom I am so thankful for you, thank you for saving my life basically"

"I am glad I did because if I didn't I-I don't what would have happened" Tom said looking at me with tears in his eyes

I pulled him into a hug 

"Tom its ok I would have been fine I'm tough"

"I know you are but I couldn't stand losing you you were like a daughter to me before I adopted you and even before I suspected something and started getting really worried but the day I saw you and you told me that was the final straw I had to do something but even before you told me I was going to talk to you but I'm glad you came to me Y/n"

"Funny I was planning on telling you that day anyway because I couldn't stand living that way anymore"

Tom stayed with me me for most of the night until I fell asleep

I woke up the next morning to the sound of people talking so I decided before I went downstairs I would take a shower and get dressed.  I opened my backpack and got out a pair of jeans and a black shirt

After I finished my shower and got dressed brushed my hair and teeth I walked downstairs and found Tom and some lady talking and Tom was signing some papers

"Hey Tom"

"Good morning darling how did you sleep"

"I slept good, who is this?"

"Oh this is Lisa she is the woman who checked the house out and well is having me sign papers for the official adoption and now I'm done"

"So does that mean I'm officially your daughter"

"Yes"

I ran up to him and hugged him, it was the longest hug of my life and I felt something wet hit my arm and that's when I looked up and saw Tom was crying

"Well Mr. Hiddleston congratulations have a nice day"

"You too"

...

"So Y/n what do you want to do today?" 

"Can we go to the park I haven't really been in a long time and I would enjoy drawing"

"Of course do you want to stop somewhere to get breakfast?"

"If its ok with you I would like that a lot"

"Of course lets go"

Tom and I walked to his car and drove to a nice café.  We got inside and both ordered some breakfast pastry and some Earl Grey Tea.

"So I punched him in the side and he didn't like that so he punched me causing my lip to bust open and oh shit I've said to much"

"Who the hell did this to my daughter!"

"Tom calm down please don't worry I haven't seen him since and even if I did i would take care of it if he hurt me"

"I'm sorry it's just he hurt you and your already going through so much"

"Don't be sorry your being a protective father and that's what I love about you thank you Tom"

"Your welcome just promise me if anything else happens come to me please"

"I will but yes I do draw like I said mostly my feelings but on accession I would draw people or animals"

"That's awesome is that why you wanted to go to the park?"

"Yes and I was wondering if we could go to this spot that I usually hangout alone its by some rocks there is a pond there"

"Of course" 

After me and Tom finished our pastry's we left and drove to the park and then we walked to the spot I told him about and he started to throw rocks while I was sketching but little did he know I was sketching him.

"What are you drawing Y/n?"

"Its a surprise so you can't see"

"Fine" He said in a whiney voice

"Stop whining you sound like me"

"That was the point eheheh"

"Ok I see how it is watch your back Tom"

"I'm watching"

I continued to sketch Tom while he was throwing rocks

"Are you finished yet?"

"Yes you can look now"

Tom reacted like a kid in the candy shop and ran towards me and I handed him the sketchbook and his jaw dropped

"Y-You were sketching me?"

"Ya"

"This is amazing Y/n you have a gift"

"I guess so thank you Tom"

"Your welcome" He said handing me back my sketchbook 

I put the sketchbook down after I saw tom go back to throwing rocks and I decided exactly what I was going to do.  I slowly walked up to Tom while his back was to me and he continued to throw rocks

"BOO"

Tom jumped causing him to fall into the water I started laughing my ass off until I saw Tom get up and I started to run

"Wait hold on"

"Nope" He said as he picked me up and threw me into the water 

"Tom!" 

"You started it missy now let's get home and change"

"Fine"

We started walking towards the car and headed home.

When I got home I got in the shower got dressed into some shorts and a long sleeve then went downstairs were Tom was we watched some movies and talked for a bit

"Thank you for today It was the best day I have had in a long time"

"Anytime Y/n"

"Well I am gonna go to bed Goodnight I love you dad"

"D-Did you just call me dad"

"Yes"

Tom got up and hugged me crying happy tears until he let me go

"Goodnight darling sleep well"

I got up to my room and fell asleep without any issues man was today a good day
