Chapter 8

(Time skip)
It's been about a month since the accident my mother has been out in jail with my father, I haven't had anymore issues other than kids at school bugging me but that's completely normal for me since no one but Tom likes me.  Since the accident I have been more aware of my surroundings and making sure no one is following me.  Everyday I fear for Tom I know what my parents are capable of and i don't want to see him hurt.

"Earth Y/n eheheh"

"Huh?"

"I asked you if your ok you keep spacing out?"

"Oh i'm fine just thinking that's all"

"Ok well let me know if you want to talk darling i'm always here for you.

"Thank you dad"

"Anytime Y/n"

Later that day Tom had to go pick some things up from the school so I had to go with him but i decided to stay in the car while he was in the school. After a while I got bored and had nothing to do so I rolled down the windows and started singing Another Love by Tom Odell.

(Toms POV)

I walked out of the school and started heading to the car when I heard Y/n singing she has such an amazing voice but I decided I could scare her.

(Back to Y/n's POV)

I was still sining in the car minding my own business until i heard someone hit the car window causing me to scream and and end up hitting my hand on the dashboard. I poked out the window and saw Tom dying of laughter. Tom got in the car and was still laughing.

"Dad what the hell why did you do that i hit my hand"

"I'm sorry darling but it was too tempting not to"

"Whatever" I said with a hint of a smile creeping up on my face

"Oh shush you love me"

"Ya ya"

On the way home we passed by my old home and I felt uneasy.

"Darling are you alright?"

"Um y-ya i'm fine"

"Y/n you look pale what's wrong what happened"

"Nothing we just um drove by my old house"

"Oh darling i'm so sorry I didn't mean to I am terribly sorry"

"Dad it's ok it's not your fault it's just hard seeing the house again knowing what I went through"

"Darling it's going to be ok I am sorry that you had to go through all that your whole life but I am here no matter what" Tom said while grabbing my hand and rubbing it with his thumb.

"Thanks dad im could we talk about something else?"

"Of course"

Most of the ride home we talked about random hobbies of ours I learned Tom can dance he said something about snake hips haha weird.

...

We got home and I went to my room to get a shower and change.

"BLOODY HELL!"

Not now why now my period is here now I have to deal with this luckily i have pads and tampons but the pain is excruciating.

I managed to get into the shower and relax my muscles the worst isn't even here yet by the next day I can barely move lucky me having to suffer.

...

I managed to get dressed and decided I was going to lay in my bed for a little bit hoping to relieve some of the pain starting.

*Knock Knock Knock*

"Come in"

"Y/n is everything ok you haven't been down since we got home"

Tom came over and sat on the edge of my bed looking at me with worry

"Y-ya everything's fine dad"

"Y/n I can tell something's wrong please tell me I want to help is it about earlier?"

"No um it's something else and i'm in pain"

"In pain.. OH OH that type of pain oh darling what do you need I can go get it for you"

"I don't need anything right now but could we maybe order in and maybe you could keep my company in my room i'm starting to be in more pain and the cramps are getting worse I don't want to move"

"Of course darling Ill go pick us up some Chinese and come back and we can relax in here while we eat"

"Thank you day I love you"

"Anything for you I love you too Y/n"

...

It has been 10 minutes since Tom left and the cramps are worse to were I am now crying and I can't get up to get my meds.

"Y/N IM HOME!"

"I-In HERE" I said with a sob

I hear Toms rushed footsteps were heard coming to my bedroom door and then the door swung open and he rushed to my side seeing me sobbing in pain.

"Y/N what's wrong what's happening are you ok"

"N-No the cramps are g-getting worse dad"

"Do you need medicine do you have any"

"Yes I-In the bathroom"

Tom rushed into the bathroom and got my medicine and went to the kitchen to get me a glass of water came back and handed me the meds.

I took the meds and laid down on the bed holding a pillow to my front.

Darling can you get up are you able to stand"

"No I can't i'm not able to"

"Y/n do we need to go to the hospital?"

"No there like this all the time"

"Darling Does heat help?"

"Yes it does"

"I have a heating pad do you want that?"

"YES PLEASE!" I said with a sob

"Ok darling wait here"

Tom left to grab the heating pad, once he came back i sighed seeing it was a bigger heating pad.

"Darling is it ok if i lift your shit up a little bit to put it under so it can help you more"

"Yes"

Tom gently lifted my shirt up slightly and place the heating pad on my lower stomach.

I sighed in relief the midal was already kicking in and the heat was helping I was able to sit up a little bit.

"Any better darling"

"Yes thank you dad"

"Your welcome i am going to go get the food from downstairs and ill be rig by back"

"Ok dad"

...

Tom came back with the food and we ate while talking and watching movies we spent most of the night like this until I was slowly falling asleep knowing I am safe in my dads arms.
