Minal took a day off from her work and decided to spend special time with her husband. Adweta was managed by her nanny, so she was very relaxed in that matter. But recently, she had sensed Abhinav might be slipping away from her. She wanted to make sure he knew that she still loved him. She showered and changed into an orange kanchivarum saree, applied decent make-up, and tied her hair in a bun along with gajra around it. Minal made sure she used Abhinav's favorite perfume. Lastly, she adorned herself with a generous amount of sindoor in her hair's mid-parting.
Abhinav was on call talking with Tahira. There were some complications happening in her second pregnancy. She wanted to visit another doctor but Abhinav was adamant that she sees only Sushma Chaudhary, as she was their secret keeper. To add to his pressure, Dr. Sushma was going out of the country.
He was alerted as the door opened and he straightened. As Minal approached him, the sounds of her anklet resonated in the room. She wrapped her arms around his waist as she hugged him from the back. Abhinav stiffened and quickly disconnected the call. Minal inhaled deeply and smiled.
"Abhinav, come let's go out for lunch. I have special plans for you." She confessed.
He forced a smile, held her hands, and parted them.
"Okay." He touched her cheeks and she smiled dreamily at him. Just as they were about to move away, his phone beeped. Abhinav was surprised to see a message from Priyank. There was a pdf file as well. He opened it and was shocked to see Anaisha and Hasan's Nikanama. There was a message too,
"We have requested the court for our marriage as well. Soon, we will be constitutionally married as well- Anaisha."
Abhinav fisted his fingers and jerked his arm from Minal's grip. She was stunned. Without answering anything to her, he dashed out of the room.
After Anaisha was dressed in her wine-red ruffle saree, Sehrish kept showering her with compliments but was also disappointed because her devarji wasn't getting the look of it. Anaisha laughed at her. To distract her, she praised her for the golden beige simple churidar suit. Even with simplicity, she looked adorable. Anaisha finished her look with golden danglers that reached till her collarbone and styled her hair in a sleek high ponytail.
Soon, the guests arrived. The gents were in Hasan's apartment while the ladies were in Anaisha's apartment. Hasan had invited some of his colleagues from college while she had her girl gang from college.
Jamal kept gushing about how it was impossible for Hasan to bag Anaisha. At that moment, he regretted inviting him.
Anaisha opened her wine bar for her friends. Mia, Kiara, Jenna, Kiran, Kimaya, and more, everyone from her college days was here. It was an emotional moment for all. Though Anaisha didn't let it show she was glad to have this reunion of sorts. The girls teased her, knowing how the two hated each other back in college. This was a happy surprise for Sehrish. She enjoyed the girls pulling Anaisha's leg.
