The clock ticked by, and young Aryaman was fast asleep on his bed. The loud blasting music doesn't disturb him, as he lay sprawled on the bed. Even in his sleep, he gripped his electric guitar.
The main door to Singhaniya Villa opens and Anahita Devi walks in along with her maid. Upon her entrance, the hammering music welcomed her with a blast.

Damini nervously chewed on her lips. The answer was obvious, but she can't tell. Anahita pressed her lips and motioned with her hand for her to leave. As she did so, her plain red bangles tinkled along with her gold bangles.

The sound pierced her ears as she approached the room, raising her anger. Oblivious to this, her son peacefully slept.
Aryaman dreamed of being a successful singer and musician in the Bombay film industry. Young women swooned over him, demanding autographs. They gushed wildly at him. And he acknowledged them with a flying kiss.
Then, suddenly a splash of water startled him. Alarmed, he thought he was drowning. Aryaman's guitar flung from his arms, but he grabbed it in time.
"Mother!"
"Aryaman Singhaniya."
The way his mother addressed him, he knew he was in trouble. Aryaman rubbed his eyes and blinked at Anahita, fuming at him.
