BEAR AND AURELIA

"i am so tired, max. what the fuck is wrong with me?" el asks as she facetimes her best friend.

max shrugs and jumps on her bed, "you pregnant again?"

"why does everybody think i'm pregnant again!? i haven't had sex in a long fucking time, i don't think i would magically get pregnant!" she exclaims as max snorts, "you on your period?"

"it's ending, thank god." she breathes out, "but i'm just so tired. maybe it's my medication."

"hey uh, lucas said you're considering therapy—"

"that bastard." el grumbles as max chuckles and continues, "are you okay? i know you fucking hate therapy."

"yeah, i do." she mutters out just as the doorbell rings, "someone's at the door, i gotta go."

"can't your dad get it?" max questions in annoyance as she couldn't help but chuckle, "he's on a date." she smiles at the thought before sitting up, "i'll call later."

"yeah, you better." max grins, "alright see you."

"see you!" el smiles and hangs up before walking downstairs to open the door.

she was excited. she recently ordered some new clothes from online when she had nothing to do and she couldn't wait to try them on!

as she arrived downstairs, she quickly opens the front door but then frowns, "thought you were my package." she mutters out sadly.

mike snorts, "princess lia around?"

"yeah, where would she go? i was so excited to try on my new clothes!" she cries out as he laughs, "el, they don't arrive within 24 hours."

"how did you know i ordered them last night?" she asks him curiously.

"you're always way too excited the next day and then really sad the day after." he hums as she couldn't help but smile, "why do need aurelia? she's napping but i was just about to wake her."

"oh, i want to take her out, if that's okay. i got bear in the car and i wanna take her to walk the pup together." he smiles as she nods, "come inside, i'll go wake her." she takes a step back as he walks in.

"where's hop?" he asks as she quietly giggles, "he's dating! ah, i'm way to excited, just wait in the living room or grab a drink as i get the princess ready."

he nods with a small smile and heads to the living room to wait. as he walks, he couldn't help but notice the small thing he never did in the halls.

the small drawings made by aurelia and the photos taken of her and ones with el as well. a weak, sad smile couldn't help but make its way to his lips when he notices how happy el looked in them with her.

he nods to himself. he did it.

sighing, he makes his way to the living room and sits down on the couch to wait for aurelia. looking at the crayons and drawings spread out all over the living room, he couldn't help but chuckle at the messy drawings.
