PHOTOSHOOT AROUND THE HOUSE

"so we have three days to move. that can't be hard right?" hopper sighs and runs a hand through his hair.

"yeah, we have a house there with everything, the most important thing is lia." el says.

"yeah, we can just dump all our stuff in a suitcase and be on our way." he nods.

"right- wait, you're coming with us?" she asks and turns to him with wide eyes.

"yeah of course." he nods again.

"but you have work. i-i was just planning on hiring a sitter for aurelia." she breathes out as he shakes his head, "i knew you would but i don't feel safe placing lia in some strangers care. and it's not like i need to work as chief, it's practically useless and we have enough money. i wouldn't mind staying home and taking care of her."

"really!?" she cries as he nods. smiling, she gives him a big hug, "i love you! this is the best news ever!"

he chuckles, "you should go start packing."

"right, yes." she nods and runs up the stairs, "watch lia!"

"i am!" he picks up aurelia and cradles her in his arm, "you liking your apples?"

aurelia nods cutely as he takes a piece and placed it in his mouth. she whines and goes to grab it, "grandpa!"

"they're tasty, lia." he chuckles as she pouts, "telling mama."

"what's mama gonna do?" he grins and sits on the couch, "no food." she replies.

"no dinner for me!? oh she wouldn't dare!" he plays along as she giggles, "mama no cook."

"ah, i'm so sad!" he fakes a sniffle as she laughs, "grandpa cry!"

"dad, should we take all of her clothes!?" el shouts from upstairs as he looks up, "sure!"

el nods and walks back into the room, "want ice cream?" he asks aurelia as she nods rapidly, "ice cream!"

"no ice cream for her!" el shouts from upstairs, "oh. mommy says no, oh well." he fakes a sad face as aurelia frowns, "want!"

"just eat your apples for now. i'll get you ice cream later." he smiles as she nods and bites down on her apples.

"we go?" aurelia asks, "we are going to hawkins where your mommy and i grew up." he explains.

"small?" she asks as he nods, "small place."

"daddy?" she asks as he shrugs, "maybe in a dumpster or the grave i'm putting him in but i don't know."

she tilts her head in confusion as he chuckles, "it'll be fine, lia. everything will be fine."

she nods, "okay."
