"what's wrong? why you crying, sweetheart?" el asks, putting down her phone as aurelia walks over to the stool el was sitting on by the kitchen island.

aurelia stomps her right foot and huffs before looking up at her with a large frown.

el holds her arms out, "hop on, baby." she smiles as aurelia climbs onto her with the help of el's arms, "c'mon, tell me what's wrong, sweetheart."

"i want dada." aurelia sobs, "he kiss me night night."

"he kissed you night night in your dream?" el asks flatly as aurelia nods weakly, "well, what did he look like, baby?" she asks and hugs her close.

"forgot." aurelia whispers whilst whimpering quietly.

el sighs and strokes her hair, "i'm sorry..."

"i want dada." aurelia cries and snuggles into her chest as el shushes her, "it's okay, it's okay." she coos.

"i love you." aurelia whispers against her as el leans her forehead down on hers, "i love you more. hey, why don't we go over to max's house? i can call dustin and will and even mike if you like."

aurelia nods, "like maxy."

"i know you do. go play with your toys as i call them." el sets her down on the ground as aurelia leans her chin down on her lap and pouts.

el pouts back playfully, "you don't want to play?"

"apples...?" aurelia holds back a giggle as el nods, "go get it in the fridge, baby. i put it on the bottom so you can reach it."

aurelia smiles widely and runs off to grab it as el goes to grab her phone again.
