We won't be following the original plot too much.
Ana looked around the fellow Padawans. She was just brought to the Jedi Temple. Even though she was supposed to be taught by Obi-Wan, he thought it would be a good idea to let her have some contact with fellow future Jedis around her age for a bit. So he let her among the kids and left her there.
-Hey, isn't it the Chosen One everyone talks about? - asked some boy. He was quickli surrounded by his friends.
-I thought it will bo someone stronger.- said other one.
They were known for teasing and causing problems. Just when they were really getting to bully the new Padawan, they were disturbed by another boy, showing up out of nowhere. He was also known among the Padawans, mostly because Master Yoda picked him to be his Padawan.
-Leave Y/n, before you will get hurt. -said one of them as Yn got between Ana and then without a word.
-Me hurt by you? - he asked rasing his eyebrow. - Please. - he snorted in mocking manner, knowing very well that they weren't capable of laying a finger on him. His abilities were the reason Yoda personally took him in his care. - You will go back to your buisness now or I will show you a new meaning of pain.
The boys tried to hold his glare, but they couldn't. They went away and the rest of the Padawans got back to their buisness. Y/n turned to Ana and changed his deadly glare into a warm smile.
-I/m Y/n. - he said. - You must be Ana.- she nodded in response.
-How do you know? - she asked.
-My Master asked me to make sure no one is going to bother you, like those two idiots. - he answered. - We will also be sparing together, once you will get a hang of the combat matters.
-Nice to meet you then. - Ana shook his hand.
Time skip
She didn't see Y/n for two months as Obi-Wan was teaching her the use of the Force and how to fight. He was training her until it was a good moment to have her train with Y/n. Obi-Wan knew that Y/n was talented, he was a talk of the whole council. Ana could learn a lot from him. He brought her in the room where, to Ana's surprise, Y/n was fighting with Windu and Yoda, keeping up with both of them, until they noticed they have a guest.
-That was very impressive. - said Obi-Wan. He was sure that his Padawan was also astonished.
-I'm supposed to fight with him? -asked Ana.
-Just practice. He knews he should take it easy at the beginning. - reasurred Obi-Wan. He urged him to walk closer to Y/n, who had a warm smile on his face again.
-Let's make the greatest warrior of all time out of you, the Chosen One. - he said and got in his fighting stance.
Ana did the same. With that they started the practice. Y/n was purposely making slower movements, but he always pared her attacks, or dodged them easily. That continued until the rest of the day, then on and on for weeks, months and years, until they both were knighted.
Time skip
Obi-Wan panted hard as he sparred with his former Padawan. He had to admit that practicing with Y/n brought her a lot of stamina and tricks up her sleeve. It was hard to keep up with her. Y/n only watched with a smile on his face, leaning against the pillar.
-Looks like I'm getting old. - chuckled Obi-Wan, after he jumped away from Ana again. - Good job the two of you. I feel reasurred that you both have skills to protect yourselves.
-I need stronger opponent. - smirked Ana pointing her sword at Y/n.
With that Obi-Wan left them alone as they started fighting again. They were the only ones that could really provide the challenge to each other. Their swords kept colliding as they were disturbed again, this time by the guest that was angering Y/n beyond belief. Senator Amidala. He greeted both Jedis and started talk to Ana, stealing all of her attention from Y/n. He got annoyed and started playing with his sword. He was jealous and he knew that. He also knew he should stop, he was a Jedi. Attachments were forbidden. That's what he kept telling himslef until he heard them whispering and laughing. The anger was rising until the Senator asked Ana to accompany him during the dinner.
-We will be practicing. - she answered, looking at Y/n. She was pleased with what she was seeing .The truth was that the Senator was just a friend. He convined her that her crush wasn't something bad. And he was willing to help Ana to get with Y/n.
-Yeah, we will have a practice, but you can skip it if you want. - Y/n tried to keep calm, but his voice still held anger.
-That's okay. - smiled the Senator. -Have a good practice. - he said and winked at Ana as he walked away. That wink didn't get unnoticed by Y/n.
-Where were we?- asked Ana, getting in the stance again, but Y/n just put his sword away.
-Im not in the mood anymore. - he answered. He knew that if he fought with Ana now, he could actually hurt her. He was on his way out, when Ana used the force to keep the door shut. - Let me go.
-No, unless you will tell me why are you so angry out of sudden. - she said.
-Because I want something that I can't have. - he answered. - I think I should leave the Order.
-Hell no, you're not leaving me alone.- said Ana, getting angry herself. - You promised me that you will always be by my side, you can't just leave!
-I can't - he turned around to face her. Ana could see the tear on his cheek running down. - I have enough of his 'look but don't touch' rule. I love you Ana, nad I can't be with you becasue you are all over that damn Senator and we are Jedis. - as his spoke his words sounded more and more broken. She had the confession she wanted, but it pained her that Y/n was heartbroken like that.
-Then we are leaving together. - she said. - I love you too and Padme only flirted with me to make you jealous. - she explained and kissed him without wasting any second. She couldn't let him go. Y/n kissed her back with all the passion and love he was holding back for so long. It was wrong, but it felt so damn right.
Time skip
Two days later they asked the council to let them leave the Order, because they broke one of the rules. They explained the situation they were in and stated that there was no possibility that they will ignore their feelings.
-We can't let you go, you're the Chosen One and you are most skilfull knight we had in milleniums. - said Windu. Y/n never liked him, so he didn't expect anything good from him.
-Then change the rules. - said Y/n. -Wherever you will send us, we will always find the way to each other.
-As long as here they are, an eye on then we can keep. - said Yoda, not surpried with the situation. He knew Y/n was in love with Ana before he even realized that himself. If they will leave, there was a high chance of them becoming Sith. Over the years of training, Y/n was the one who made him see that the stiff rules were wrong and ignoring the problem wouldn't fix it. -Leave they can not. But each other marry can.
There was a silence after Yoda's words. Y/n and Ana were asked to leave the council room, but Yoda told them to wait for their decision near the door. They bowed and did what they were told. Y/n wrapped his arms around her to calm their nerves. They stayed like that until Obi-Wan and Yoda came to them. They parted away, but held each other's hands
-Since you and Y/n were our Padawans, the final decision has been left to us. - said Obi-Wan seriously. - I think you should start preparing. - they didn't fully understand him. Ana was about to ask, when Yoda cut her off.
-The rules changed will be. - he said.- Marry each other you can.
Y/n couldn't believe his ears. Then he did the first thing he could think of, he picked Yoda up and hugged him, much to the Master's shock. When Y/n understood what he did, he put him down and apologized, making Ana nad Obi-Wan laugh at the situation. Yoda only smiled lightly too as he saw the happiness on their faces. He nodded as it only confirmed that he made a good decision, saving the whole galaxy from a gigantic catastrophe.
