‘How are you feeling?’

‘Daniel, I am fine!’ I snap

‘Sorry, I’m just worried, it’s only been two weeks since you woke up, are you sure you want to do this?’

‘Daniel you haven’t let me out of the room since we mated’ I smirk as I remember

After I woke up from my coma, I talked to everyone and spent time with Connor, who will not leave my side unless I am sleeping, which I find adorable. Then after a week Daniel and I fully mated and he marked me as his, his mum is already planning our wedding. Today the pack is having a BBQ, to welcome me back, since I haven’t seen them all.

I make sure my hair is straight and my top is perfect, before smoothing down my jeans and slipping to my white wedges and standing up. ((A/N WHAT ANNABELLE’S TOP LOOKS LIKE ON THE SIDE>>>>>>>))

‘Do I look OK?’ I ask nervously

‘You look beautiful’ he smiles and pecks my lips

The door opens and Connor comes running in and grabs my hand, with a big grin on his face

‘Come on mummy, everyone waiting for you’ he giggles and I laugh as Daniel swoops him up into his arms and onto his shoulders

Daniel grabs my hand and we head out into the yard together, I am instantly greeted by a group of females from the pack. Daniel hovers by my side the whole time and I start to get annoyed, I can look after myself! I take Connor from him and point to a group of teens playing football

‘Go play’ I say

‘No, I’m fine, keep talking’ he smiles but I just stand there and point to the football players, Connor does the same and tries to put a stern face, but it just looks so adorable, that all the ladies can’t help but cooee

‘Daddy go play, mummy says’ he says in a, no-other-choice, voice

‘Fine’ he drags the word out and grins, he kisses the top of Connor’s head, then my lips

‘Go show them how it’s down’ I smirk and he chuckles when I hit his bum as he walks away

Maxine, Chloe and Melissa come over and we all go and sit down, with a few other girls and guys from the pack and watch out men play. Damon, who has now joined Daniel’s pack and Daniel, and three other guys are on one side and Jay, Dylan and three other guys are on the other side.

Half way through the game and Daniel’s team is winning. Daniel takes his shirt off and I find it so hard to focus on anything but his abs…

‘Hey Annabelle, you got a little drool there’ Maxine teases and wipes my mouth, I slap her hand away and a few girls laugh and I smirk

‘Well I’m sorry my mate is so handsome’ I say and hear Daniel yell his agreement and we all laugh

“Mummy, why do people keep hitting daddy?’ Connor asks, his eyes wide and fearful

‘They are playing a game, sweetie’ I chuckle and he frowns

‘I don’t like it’ he says and crosses his little arms
