[Scaramouche POV]

Scaramouche sat inside the tent to see how it looked on the inside. It was quite spacious according to him.

"Too small."

"What do you mean 'too small'?"

Y/n sat opposite to Scaramouche. "We won't be able to have a seven feet gap between us when we sleep."

"Oh don't worry!" He narrowed his eyes. "I'll have my hat separate our spaces to save our lives."

Y/n looked unconvinced. He rolled his eyes and got out.

Changing locations was the key task today, but that didn't mean Scaramouche would let the remainder of the day go to waste. It took them the whole afternoon to get here, mainly because Y/n took much of the morning for their library visit.

He was honestly rather surprised how cooperative Y/n had been. He'd have expected them to resist leaving Mondstadt.

Well, technically they were still in Mondstadt.

"Where are you going?" Y/n said, suddenly appearing behind him.

"Goodness!" He glared at them. "I would've swatted you like a fly if I didn't know any better!"

Y/n yelled something back at him, but he closed his ears off.

Truth was he wanted to investigate the heart of Dragonspine, but doubted it would be smart to take Y/n there. Also with the people they saw earlier, it was pretty evident a big scene would occur if something major happened.

He'd honestly rather have them leave so he could think through his own plan better, but it couldn't be helped.

"Well?" Y/n said, waiting for his answer to the question they asked earlier. Scaramouche began to observe them.

If there was one thing Y/n was good at, it was engaging other people.

And if there was one place he'd leave Y/n at, he'd want to make sure they were safe and also entertained.

He smirked at Y/n. "Let's go meet some new people, shall we?"

[General POV]

While Y/n and Scaramouche walked across Dragonspine, Y/n made sure to look around at every single detail the place had to offer.

In comparison to Snezhnaya, Dragonspine did feel different. It had more ruins scattered about, and oftentimes Y/n would feel horribly cold.

It was hard to believe there could be a place harsher than Snezhnaya, but it was probably because their Archon 'modified' the place to accomodate its people.
