A/n: I've always wanted to find a better word to refer to Y/n and the other 'attendants', and due to a mishappening in Google translate I think I've found one.

Y/n and the other 'attendants' will be referred to as 'satellites'. Just a thing to note.

[Y/n POV]

The cold air grazed Y/n's skin, the silence around them broken by the sound of tapping. Y/n opened their eyes to see nothing but the pattern of the floor underneath.

Around them was a large room, barely illuminated by torches on either side. Rays of moonlight seemed to be creeping in through the windows.

"Wake up, mortal vessels. You find yourself in Zapolyarny Palace and kneel before your Tsaritsa!!" A bold voice echoed.

Y/n noticed others on the ground with them, adorned with matching clothing. All made eleven in total. None of them seemed to realise each other's presence, but nodded their heads to the Tsaritsa as a sign of respect.

"Starting now, you will have but one purpose in life, that is to serve the Fatui with your life, up until you expire."

What..?

Y/n looked up to see the Tsaritsa sitting on a throne, her face barely lit up by the chandelier above.

"Each one of you will be assigned to a harbinger, and you will earn the title as their satellite."

A satellite?

"Akin to a satellite, which revolves around its celestial sphere unconditionally, you must pledge your unconditional loyalty to your harbinger, and aid them whenever need be."

Y/n didn't understand. They had never agreed to such terms. How did they get here in the first place?

Actually, where were they? Who were they?? Y/n couldn't remember a thing.

Helpless, they looked up at the Tsaritsa. "I don't understand..."

The Tsaritsa's eyes widened for a moment. Nevertheless, she turned to Y/n with a smile. "Go on."

Y/n hesitated, then stood up. The moment they did, they were surrounded by agents who held their weapons to their throat.

The reality of the situation dawned on Y/n. They did not get to choose around here. They... might as well have been kidnapped by this organisation. Were they the ones who erased their memories?
