♤Season 7, Episode 19♤
*One Week*Angela looks at her pager before running to Callie Torres' room, knocking into some residents on her way, "Hey, I was paged 911. What's wrong?"
Yang shakes her head, "Nothing, nothings wrong," she turns to Torres, "You paged her 911?"
Torres nods, trying to sit up before Angela pushes her back down, "Yes. I need to see my baby. Bailey won't let me, but you outrank her. You can give me permission to see my baby."
"No, I can't," Angela sighs, sitting on the edge of the bed and taking one of her hands, "I'm not the cardio surgeon on your case and I have only been here a week. I have no pull with anyone."
"What about Hunt? Or Altman? They both work on my case. Maybe you can convince them," Torres gets a hopeful look on her face, pleading with the new attending.
Angela let's out a breath, thinking. On one hand, getting Torres to see her baby would push Torres harder, but she can't be pushed too much or too fast. Finally, Angela shakes her head, "No, I'm sorry. There is no safe way to do it. Yang, with me. We have a case."
Quickly, Yang follows Angela out of the room, intent on pleading with her new mentor, "Please. Isn't there some way to get her to see her kid?"
"I don't know, Yang. Your resident class seems to be a smart bunch. I'm sure together you can all come up with a plan that's not only safe for Torres, but the baby too. Now, who do we have first?"

Angela finishes up her last checks on patients and starts to walk towards the attendings lounge, intent on getting out of her scrubs and to the bar. Teddy has been ignoring her for the past week while Owen's been busy with patients, so she's pretty lonely at the moment.
"Hey, Angie. What's up?" Alex asks, turning so his sister is facing the opposite of the hall he just came from.
"Um, nothing. Are we talking now?" Angela asks, hugging the chart to her chest.
"Uh-y-sure. Um, so, the weather," Alex shakes his head, having the same look on his face that he did as a kid when he did something wrong.
Angela narrows her eyes, "You're hiding something. You have the same look as when I busted you for spying on me and my prom date when he was dropping me off at home," she then hears the squeaking of a hospital bed behind her, "Ah. I see. Stop!"
Turning, Angela finds the residents looking scared as they were caught wheeling Torres to her baby, "Army hearing. Plus, growing up with little siblings, you learn how to be on the lookout all around you. So, what's your plan here?"
"Well-" "We-" "Yang-" "Baby-" they all start to talk at once, speaking over each other and pointing at each other.
"Shh!" Angela hushes them, "Torres, are you still laying down and being aware of your incision?"
Avery steps out of the way so Angela could see Torres face as she nods, "Okay, Yang. You keeping an eye on your patient as she is moved?"
"Yes, ma'am," Yang nods, gulping.
Angela glares at them, crossing her arms and giving the impression that she was going to send them back. As they sigh in defeat and turn to go back, she smiles, "If I'm asked, all I saw were six residents rounding with their attending. Don't make me regret it," she warns, before walking away.
