Angela holds Everett in her arms as she dances around the room, "Who's ready for daycare?"
"Me!" Everett yells, holding his arms out as Angela spins them around.
"And who's gonna be the best behaved person there?"
"Me!"
She nods, smiling as she grabs her purse and Everett's daycare bag, "Alright buddy, let's go. Then remember, you're spending the night with Lydia, your nanny."
Everett tilts his head, watching as Angela locks the front door, "Why? Where are you going to be?"
"I'll be over at Aunt Mer's house for a dinner. It's going to be super boring so I asked Lydia if she'd be willing to come over and plan games and hang out with you. Are you okay with that?"
"Yeah. Your dinner sounds boring."

Angela sees the interns gathered around Warren, "Silver flood day? Man I love my job. Okay, who want's to be with me?"
She watches all hands go up, "Okay, you and you," She picks to random interns, "You'll both be mostly on patient care. I do not want you operating or doing anything without either myself or another attending double checking. Clear?"
"Yes, ma'am," They nod.

Angela sits next to Meredith in the CT booth, reading her patients scans, "Diaphragmatic contour is abnormal on the left. It could be a rupture. Any abdominal strain and she could pop her guts into her left lung. I'd say surgery is the way to go."
Meredith reads another scan, "I think there might be a splenic hematoma also. But I won't know until I get in there."
"Any way you can do it without a scar?"
The attendings share a chuckle before Meredith tells her, "We'll do the best we can, Gabby, okay? You just sit tight."
Angela leans back in her chair, twisting back and forth, "So, anything I should bring for this dinner tonight?"
"Food. We completely forgot about it. Between the kids, work, and Maggie's whining about losing the Head of Cardio position-"
"Pierce has a problem with me taking my job back? Does she know my credentials?" Angela scoffs.
"I don't know, but she's more focused on her's," Meredith says, leaning back in her chair.
Angela shrugs, shaking her head, "Oh, well, she'll get past it. Now, I'll put in for the OR and you have Wilson prep her."
Meredith stops her, "Don't tell Maggie I told you any of that."
"Don't worry. I don't discuss private conversations with my subordinates," Angela winks.

Standing in the OR, trying to get Gabby down, Angela tells her, "Gabby, we're going to put you under now, okay?"
"I need to tell Abe," She fights against Angela.
Meredith tries calming her, knowing who Abe is, "Abe is downstairs. We're gonna tell him everything that is going on."
"No, I need to tell him. He'll crap his pants if he thinks I'm in trouble," Gabby waves off the mask.
Wilson offers, "I can grab an intern to-"
