MARIA ADA'S POV

As I heard the door of the restroom closed, I started sobbing. I can't believe I did that, lately I've been so emotional, I think because of my pregnancy, but what I did earlier is sudden. I nearly say that I'm carrying his child. "Your father, don't like me. Don't worry you have a granddad, I can share with you my dad. Mommy's gonna take care of you." I said to my unborn child. I wipe my tears and make my way out of the men's restroom, I look at the paper I've put at the front door. P**P FLUIDS ON THE FLOOR. I pulled and threw it in the trash bin. I can't cry out loud here, I will just go home and make some chocolate lava cake.

CONSTANTINE ALEXIOS' POV

I smiled while observing my outfit in the mirror, I think it's fine. I took my phone from my bedside table, it's time. I leave the house on my way to the restaurant where I got a reservation. Tatiana said, she has something to say to me tonight. What could it be? As soon as I arrived at the venue, I rushed inside the restaurant. When I reach the private room, Tatiana is already there.

"Hello, my love." Tatiana stood up and kissed my cheek.

"Hello, I'm sorry I am a bit late." She took her seat and smiled. "It's fine, I already ordered, I hope you don't mind." She informed me. I took my seat as I remembered something. "Babe, what is it you want to say to me?" I asked. She looks nervous with a little hint of excitement in her eyes. She exhaled heavily and looked me in the eyes.

"Don't be surprised. Constantine Alexios, I am pregnant."

"Pardon? I don't think I heard it right."

"I'm pregnant. You're going to be a dad." She announced again. This time, I heard it right. I laughed awkwardly. "What? Are you not happy with it, babe?" She inquired. Did I really impregnate her that night? The moment I announced that we are dating, we didn't do it again and I don't have any intention to do it again with her, because I've been feeling that I've been missing something since that night. "I'm happy, sorry." I held her both hands and kissed them. Why am I being eccentric about this? I should be happy with her. After her announcement, the waiter served our dinner.

The date went smoothly last night. Honestly, after she announced that she's pregnant with my child, I started to feel suspicious that it shouldn't be. I should be feeling happy after knowing that joyful news. I am now in the library with Lucas and Clark.

"Alex, how's your relationship with Tatiana?" Clark asked without looking at me. His eyes are busy scanning his notes. While Lucas stares at me intently as if he's waiting for my answer to Clark's question. "It's fine, why do you ask?" I answered. This time, Clark stopped scanning at his notes and looked at me. Now he looks very serious. "You said that Tatiana is pregnant, right?" He inquired. Lucas was surprised when he heard the word pregnant. "Tatiana is pregnant?! Why didn't you two tell me about this?" Lucas argued.

"Because you're not the baby's father." Clark replied. Now, they're both sound stupid. I sighed when I saw the girl who said I should love her walking out with a guy. She also saw me and just glared at me before looking at the one she's with. Look at her, she's smiling with that guy after confessing to me. "Just let me finish please." My attention turned back to Clark as well as Lucas.

"Alexios, these past days, I've been seeing your girlfriend having a surreptitious meeting with her ex-boyfriend. Do you know Henry, captain of the basketball team? That's Tatiana's ex." Clark informed me. Now, that someone is starting to notice something suspicious at Tatiana, everything is making me doubt. I carry my chair forward to get closer with my friends.

"Are you sure that the girl you saw is Tatiana?" I clarified. I must have some evidence that she is still seeing her ex while dating me.

"Yes! I have some pictures here. Yesterday afternoon, I saw her with him at the back of the café near the school." He gave me his phone and focused on the picture he showed. It really is Tatiana. Is she really cheating on me? I was planning to be distant to her for a while, because of what she confessed to me last night. I really have the feeling that it's not my child, but I can't escape the responsibility as I am the man she is currently dating.

"It's her." I admitted. Clark suddenly stood up. "I have to go, bye!" He started to walk out of the library. Lucas slowly puts his things back to his bag when I grab him. "What?" He glared at me.

"Let's talk."
