Richard cooks dinner for Eva. He presents her his house key after dinner. They end up sleeping together. The next morning, Eva wakes up first and leaves to buy groceries. When she returns, she finds that Richard has gone to the hospital. Vivan wakes up in a hotel room to find all his clothes have been taken away by Hazzel.
Eva goes to look for Richard at the hospital. She tries to kiss him in the lift but he claims not to know her. Richard has lost his memory again. Back at the office, he requests from past company records from Director Huang. Then he questions Eva about the Yuanda deal. She thinks he is role-playing and hugs him again. Richard gets angry and accuses her of crossing the line. He wants to fire her but since he has no valid reason, he ends up transferring her to the archives department.
Eva tries to talk to Richard but he refuses to give her a chance. She looks for Dr. Han for an explanation. But Dr. Han is unable to shed light on Richard's memory loss although Eva might be the catalyst. He advises her to that she could make Richard fall in love with her again for the 3rd time if she could do it twice before.
Richard employs Jin to be his new chief secretary as she looks like Eva. Jin is capable and Richard is happy with her performance. Tong Xin seeks Eva's advice on her relationship with Dr. Han. Eva advises her to think what she would like to tell others about her story years from now and that is how she should proceed. Vivan is shocked that Eva has been replaced.
