Chapter 18: Alex

Well, looks like Regan's dead. Her corpse is silently screaming in horror. I can't be surprised, though. As Nathan said, ever since she was proved innocent, it was obvious her downfall would soon come. Shame on her. I guess-

Suddenly, a scream pierces my ears. I decide to leave the room to find out what all this commotion is about nowadays and see Anna running out of the bathroom. She runs to the one across the hall, screaming, ''DON'T GO IN THERE!'' as Aria runs after her.

''What the fuck was that all about? We have a murder to investigate. I mean, YOU GUYS can go investigate, I'm busy.'' Natalia questions Anna's behavior. Jian walks over to check what is in the bathroom, maybe there's a rat or something. Aurora is walking around and asking everybody something, looking a bit worried. But then Ezra appears, looking quite gleeful.

''Everyone! I found this black pants fabric by Regan's body. This could be evidence! This fits Aadiv, Adanna, Albert, Alex, Amethyst, Arielle, Ash, Ashlen, Benton, Carlos, Cody, Dan, Eduardo, Fayola, Fillipe, Grace, Jackson, John, Jojo, Kim-ly, Lassi, Lucas, Marley, Nicole, Odette, Prasiddhi, Quinn, Trey, and Veronica. it's one of them, for sure!'' I'm about to defend myself against their accusation, but suddenly more screaming occurs, this time from Jian.

We are all very confused now about why everyone is making a big deal out of things. Did the pipes leak? Did someone summon fucking Bloody Mary in the mirror? This shouldn't be a big problem- Oh shit, Rosalie's dead.

Everybody all begins screaming again. Rosalina is dazed, while Eva makes the most disgusted face I've ever seen and Nikolai just shrugs. Eventually, we all get used to the smell, and the speaker comes to inform us of everything.

''So, due to you guys NOT being grateful, the murderer was allowed a second kill tonight! They have killed Regan by stabbing her through the neck, and Rosalie by drowning her in a diarrhea-filled toilet. The investigator accused Halona last night. Go on with your usual stuff!''

Everyone looks on the ground for clues, and suddenly Alec spots something. ''Guys, there's this writing in brown on the bottom of the toilet. I think Rosalie might have written it before her death. It looks like the letter ''T''. And four people have names that start with such a letter, right?'' Tamia looks pissed while John makes a new suggestion.

''Maybe it means something else like ''Transgender''. I know it sounds bad if I'm singling out the transgender community but that's the best guess I think I could make.'' So that means there are seven suspects. Wait a second, one of them stands out. And it looks like Minji feels the same, as she voices my very opinion.

''Well, I wouldn't like calling anybody out here, but I'd just like for everyone here to notice that Cody is transgender, has brown hair, and wears black pants. He is fitting some of the evidence right now! That should be considered suspicious.'' While there's still a ton of people here, I feel like some of us are missing from this discussion right now.

''What? I'm only 16. I can't possibly commit murders! I think you're all a bit crazy. I know I told a few of you that I wanted to be an actor, but I haven't begun that yet. I swear it would just cause more people to die if you voted me out.'' Cody pleads with us.

I hear some scurrying behind me and notice Dvir coming from behind a corner, looking nervous. I think I can slightly hear two male voices from behind there too. They aren't too recognizable, as I'm guessing the people who they belong to haven't talked much. I could have swear one of them said ''-mi-'' or something like that. Interesting.

''Once again, we can't jump to conclusions with believing every clue is true. For gods sake, what if every single thing was framing us? That's just terrible. We've been doing horrible then. I just want to get out of here.'' Evaline says.
