Chapter 24: Jane

I-I can't believe it. Melodie is dead. She and Kiryomi's lifeless bodies lie on the floor. They-They stabbed themselves... They really- They really took themselves out of the game like this. I wish she could have taken me with her... Natalia is standing there with her fists clenched... I can tell she isn't taking this well. Nobody can say anything before we hear a scream. That was Odette... When I passed by here she and Lukey were still asleep on the couch. What's wrong?

We went over there at once, and... Lukey's decapitated head is now laying there. Eva sticks her tounge out and Alicia begins laughing, and I'm completely bewildered. Did this happen in the middle of the night, and I actually walked by the corpse this morning? I mean.. Odette didn't do this, right? But then I remember that Melodie is literally gone, and I can already feel a few tears forming in my eyes. I think I hear voices calling out to me... Probably asking if I was okay. Of course, the announcement thankfully interrupted that.

''What the fuck? Did Melodie and Kiryomi actually just do some Romeo and Juliet ass shit? Well, I never liked them anyways. Good thing they're gone now. Anyhoo, Lukey's head went bye-bye, and the investigator once again suspects Alicia. Good times, right?'' Thomas is clearly glaring at Alicia, probably pretty confident she's the killer.

''Alicia is extremely suspicious. We cannot trust her. She made us all vote Adanna, she's nothing but a liar! We must excecute her at once!'' Albert seems mad today. This is just way too much for my liking... Why did it have to be like this? None of us should have been put through this torture!

Nikolai points accusingly at the man. ''Are you sure? The way you begin accusing her like that makes me think you could be trying to trick us. I'll vote her for now, but you'll be next if it isn't her. Got it, punk?'' That's a bit harsh. I don't like how everyone is ganging up on each other...

Prasiddhi tries to calm everyone down. ''I mean... Why are we all just throwing random accusations at everyone? I think that everyone is innocent until proven guilty! Maybe we should just calm down and think about things a but slower for a few seconds-''

Natalia slaps her. ''SHUT UP! NOBODY GIVES A SHIT ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK! WE'RE GOING TO ARGUE WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! I think we should discuss about Liza. Dashawn said it was her! Maybe you guys should actually try to focus on this topic for five seconds!'' This is simply crazy. Everything has just gone terribly wrong today... Why is it like this? Mikah and Ezra both seem angered by what she said, and Prasiddhi begins crying while Amethyst comforts her.

I see Kai holding their head in their hands, and remember how they were also a friend of Lukey. I'd want to talk to them, but I'm dealing with my own losses right now. Alec looks like he's counting something on his fingers, and then Carlos gets excited. ''Why don't we talk about the black pants fabric discovered by Ezra earlier? I'm sure that has to belong to the killer.'' I guess we should... Who has that again? It's hard to remember so many appearances.

''Welp, it could easily be Odette. After all, they were together the whole night, and nobody would suspect her!'' Becca seems confident in her decision. Is that true? Maybe so... It would be humorous if Adora was right all along. However, I think there's something off about Marley.  I guess Dan is someone I'm also a little bit curious about, but you never know at this point. I doubt it could ever be Eduardo, but maybe I'm the real fool here. Ben seems to be muttering something about Natalia and Thiago walks away. That is a bit weird, but, I mean, Trey wouldn't lie about an alibi... Right?

''We really don't have proof that the black pants are real. I think we should still remember that Adanna is literally dead because of Alicia. Also, she was laughing at the crime scene! Is that not suspicious?'' Charlotte flips her hair. A lot of arguments going on here... I can't wait to see what happens. I want Melodie's death to be avenged! I hope I don't have to point fingers at someone else in order for that to happen...
