Chapter 18 : Confessions and Marriage

Previously...

"You.... Why did you... Do that?" Albert asked him speechlessly at what he did.

"Isn't it obvious? I wish to kiss you and to calm you down from whoever you wished to kill just now." Mycroft explained to him then, gave Albert's forehead a kiss. "Also, I love you, Albert." He confessed to Albert in pure sincerity that made Albert speechless and frozen in place.

Third Person's P. O. V :

Albert did not move or say anything. He stood there motionlessly in Mycroft's arms making Mycroft worried for him. Then, Mycroft noticed the sudden change in Albert's face. His cheeks were painted in a pink hue and Albert was not looking at him in the eyes and he was rather flusheted. Mycroft immediately understood why he was like this. He smiled happily then, he caressed Albert's right cheek in a gentle manner. This made Albert to look at him with his still blushing cheeks. Seeing such a cute reaction from the boy made Mycroft extremely happy and so, he captured Albert's lips again but, in a more soft and gentle manner, Albert happily returned the kiss. They nimbled each other's lips gently while, hugging one another closely. They were kissing in the corner of the library away from the eyes of the public, indulging in a sweet kiss together while, their arms were wrapped around each other's body. They were both in heaven right now.

"Mycro... haa... chan...." Albert called Mycroft in a hoarse tone after separating from Mycroft's lips to breath.

"Yeah?" Mycroft with his flushed cheeks trying to catch his breath as well.

Then, Albert slowly released himself from the other boy making Mycroft rather confused with his actions. Albert inhaled deeply then, exhaled before staring straight into Mycroft's eyes. There he saw the gentleness, the warmth, the softness but, most importantly, the unconditional love. It's exactly like the gaze his Father gives towards his Mother. It's filled with endless love.

"You... Since when... Did you..." Before Albert could finish his sentence Mycroft kissed him again softly.

"Since the day I met you." Mycroft said in between their kiss shocking Albert beyond words.

So that means... He has loved me all this time? He has loved me for as long as I have loved him? Is this real? Somebody please tell me if this is just like one of those dreams of mine in which he loves me back... Is this really real? Am I really not dreaming right now? Albert said inside his mind confusedly not noticing the tears that were flowing down from his eyes.

Mycroft saw this and gentle kiss Albert's eyes gently to make the tears go away then, he kissed his forehead then, onto Albert's two cheeks then, towards his nose and then back to his lips. Albert melted into the gentleness of the other and happily accepted his kisses. It was so slow and soft kiss but, it was the sweetest kiss to Albert. Then, he slowly released himself from Mycroft but, the other still had his arms around his waist, Albert smiled at Mycroft affectionately.

"I... Love... You... Too..." Albert said while, panting lightly and his cheeks were bright red.

When Mycroft heard this, he instantly beamed in happiness and kissed Albert's lips again passionately. Albert happily kissed him back. Who would have thought that the boy he loved since childhood loved him as well? Albert couldn't be happier and happily accepted all of Mycroft's affection for him in the kiss they were sharing with one another.
