Chapter 58 : There's Only You

"That.... Person.... Is......" Sherlock started off.

Third Person's P. O. V :

After saying those three words, Sherlock did not utter another word. Simply because he couldn't come up with what he should say. Meanwhile, William and Billy were eagerly waiting for him to respond. William was silently looking down on him since Sherlock was on his knees and his head  reached halfway of his slim waist. Billy on the other hand, was already filming Sherlock with his camera as he kneeled down to match his level and to get a better view of the scene luckily, he backed away a bit so that his camera could capture William's figure as well.

William crossed his arms and tapped his fingers on each arm indicating that he was getting impatient but, still kept a straight face on meanwhile, Billy was tapping his right foot in anticipation. As the two individual quietly yet impatiently wait for Sherlock to answer, the man in question was completely in a turmoil. He didn't knew what to do. Clearly, lying was out of the question since William could easily tell if he was telling the truth or not. Even if he could come up with a good lie, Sherlock would never lie to William, he would never do such a thing to William because that if he did that, he was going behind William's back and their promise to one another to never lie to the other. So no, he wasn't going to lie.

"Well, Sherlock... Are you going to answer my question or not? Because, I can definitely tell you that if I ever found out that you did cheat on me, you shall walk the surface of the Earth ever again." William threatened Sherlock in a low and angry tone but, his face had a warm looking smile on it.

Sherlock gulped in fear. Why? Because, he knew fully well when William was angry and it's obvious that the other was furious right now. Because whenever he's angry, his tone of voice would become deep and low even if he did have a smile on his face. That smile was not his usual happy smile, it's a smile filled with danger and fury. Upon seeing this expression on William's face, Sherlock's body began to shake while, Billy silently enjoys the show while filming it as well.

"L... Liam... P.... Please... Listen to ... M... Me... You see... Ah..." Sherlock said in a stuttering tone as he visibly shake in front of William.

But, William did not fall of the act and instead gave Sherlock a glare. Indicating he was truly mad at Sherlock and was not just making fun of him. Sherlock gulped again and lamented in his heart these words : Damn it! I should've never used that diary of mine when Liam visited me a few days ago!! I should've just kept it hidden while he was at my house!! This is all your damn fault Sherlock Holmes!!! He yelled inside deep with his heart as he sobbed as well while, completely blaming himself for his own stupid. Well in retrospect, it was technically his fault for not keeping away his things after using them.

As Sherlock lamented inside his heart. William was really getting annoyed by Sherlock's lack of response while, also realising that he had no rights to get angry at Sherlock since he's a disgusting human being who doesn't deserve anyone's love at all for all of the absurdity he has done in the past. He has killed multiple people and even caused emotional damage to some of their children for killing their parent in front of them. He doesn't deserve love after all, he was a villain. And a villain is never loved by anyone not even by the hero. With these thoughts inside his mind, a single tear fell from his eyes without him realising it. That's right, a villain is never loved because, a villain was made to be hated by everyone even by the people they loved.

With these thoughts, William looked at Sherlock, who was still kneeling down with his head hung low as well, thinking to himself that such a good and wonderful man was showing him adoration made his heart ached. Right, it was reasonable that Sherlock was cheating on him since, William didn't deserve such a man by his side. Sherlock deserved someone else who was kind and wonderful as he is. Not a sinner like him that will only make his life miserable. While William was drowning himself into self hatred, Sherlock was running out of options so, he took a deep breath and immediately stood up with where he was previously crouching down surprising both William and Billy.
