"Jeez finally," Emi said, throwing her arms up as I approached them by her car.

"Sorry, got caught up," I laughed nervously. I don't want to tell them Greyson was here. If I did then it would hurt Emi that Nico isn't here. She's missed him so much the past week.

"Why are your lips all red and puffy?" Mick asked suspiciously. I mentally face palmed myself. Emi looked at me in surprise.

"Greyson," I muttered. Emi's eyes widened in surprise and she looked around the whole parking lot. I could see Greyson's car but not Nico's. He's not here.

"As in your boyfriend?" Mick asked with a smile on her face. I nodded with a small smile. Emi looked back at me with a solemn look on her face.

"Emi I'm sure Nico's here too, maybe he just had something to do," I assured her.

"Yeah you're probably right," she put on a fake smile that I can see straight through.

"I know what will help," Mick chimed in, "shopping. Retail therapy always helps." We all laughed. The sound of an engine roaring to life made us all jump. I turned to see Greyson's car speeding away.

-Greyson's POV-

I walked to my car, hearing the girls laugh at something. I smirked to myself, her being happy makes me happy.

I startup my car and tear out of the parking lot. If I stayed any longer I would have probably gone back and taken her with me whether she liked it or not.

When I make it back to my house Nico is waiting in the living room. He's angrily staring at the fire.

"They didn't leave at will," is all I had to say for him to snap out of it and jump up from the couch.

"They were kidnapped?!" I honestly can't blame him for thinking that. I thought that for a split second.

"No, their parents brought them back or something like that." I can't remember exactly what Vanessa said, I was too busy taking in her beautiful face. Not going to lie when I saw she was ok I immediately thought she had left on purpose.

"Why wouldn't she tell me then?" Nico yelled. "Does she not care?" Clearly he's going down the same thinking path I did.

"As far as I know Vanessa was grounded and had her phone taken, maybe Emma did too," I don't see why only one of them would be punished.

"I thought-" he took a deep breath to calm down. He's been worried sick about her since we lost contact with them.

"I know. They're at some shopping mall right now but I'm going to pick up Vanessa at 7, you should go see Emma." His eyes lit up and he nodded his head.

-Vanessa's POV-

After hours of shopping around River Park and browsing through Barnes and Noble we ended up spending close to $600 between the 3 of us.

Totally worth it though, I ended up buying the entire Throne of Glass series, along with Crescent City. Sarah J. Maas is one of my favorite authors.

"Ok, I'm gonna go, Greyson is here," I said to the girls after spotting Greyson's hard to miss dark blue Ferrari. I'm pretty sure he has a special car for each country.

He's leaning against it by the passenger door with a smirk on his face, looking me up and down. I already know I'm going to be in for it tonight.

"Ok, be safe, we'll see you tomorrow," Mick said brightly. I'm not sure which 'be safe' she meant. The 'drive safe and text me when you get home' kind or the 'be safe, don't get pregnant' kind. Knowing her it was probably the former.
