"You're back." Luna forced a smile to her face, watching Negan step out of the truck.
"How'd it go, boss?" Simon asked from next to her.
"Rick was...cooperative." Negan said. "Took a little convincing but he got it by the end." Negan walked over to Luna. "Ah, I missed you." Negan pulled her into a hug. Luna hesitated for a moment before hugging him back, swallowing hard.
"Missed you too, dad."

"Lu, there you are." Negan smiled as Luna walked into his room.
"Simon said you wanted to see me." She said, hearing the door shut behind her. Negan nodded, motioning towards the chairs that sat across from the couch he was sitting on.
"You know how happy I am to have you back." He said as she sat down. "Really I...baby, I thought I would never see you again." He reached a hand out and she took it. "I promise you, nothing will ever separate us like that again, okay? I will keep you safe."
"Dad..." She breathed. "I'm happy to have you back, too."
"I know, baby." He smiled, and Luna couldn't help but be surprised. Looking at his face, it was like she was seeing her again, truly, for the first time since he'd left. This wasn't Negan, leader of the Saviors. This was Negan, her father, her protector. Luna stared at him, almost in a daze of emotions. "To welcome you back, I had something made." Negan pulled away, reaching below the table to grab something. She sat back, watching as Negan put a box on the table and pushed it towards her. She hesitated before leaning forward and pulling the lid off the box. She couldn't help but gasp as she reached in, pulling out a brand new knife. It was wrapped in purple leather, and had a carved and painted hilt. "So? What do you think?"
"Dad I..." Luna was having a hard time making heads or tails of what she thought. "I love it." She finally tore her eyes away from her new knife, looking up at him. "Thank you."
"I just thought you should have somethin' nice." Negan shrugged. "Because now I can give you somethin' nice." She nodded lightly. "Look I...I know that things weren't so good before, okay? I know that I was a piece of shit, and I know that Lucille being sick didn't help. But I...I wanna make that up to you now, Lu. I wanna do right by you." Luna sat back in shock, nodding lightly. They sat in silence for a few moments before Luna sat forward again.
"Hey dad?" She asked lightly. "Could I, uh, ask you something?"
"Course baby, what is it?" Negan leaned back in his seat.
"Could I see Daryl?" She asked, setting her knife down on the table.
"No." He said almost immediately. Luna couldn't help but feel despair as she saw Negan's face change, quickly followed by his posture.
