(So, I'm going to go through some of Aylah's important steps like talking and walking, etc. And after that I shall start the Sequel which will be centric to Aylah's life.)

About 11 months later~

Boran Alp P.O.V

"She's going to say Baba first, Gonca," "Keep telling yourself that, Boran." I fake an exasperated sigh, "Aylah is Baba's little girl, right Aylah?" I look at my daughter who looks up from toys and babbles happily. "I'm taking that as a yes."

Gonca rolls her eyes at me, "She has no clue what you're saying, Boran." "Baaa... Booo," Aylah says loudly and I look up, "That's actually close." Gonca shakes her head, "Aylah'm, say Ana." Aylah looks around and shakes her head with a giggle. I grin before asking, "Aylah, say Baba."

Aylah looks at me, a sparkle in her eyes, "Baaba!" I clap my hands together, "Yes!"

Gonca smiles, shaking her head slightly, "Definitely Baba's girl." I pick Aylah up and kiss her cheek, "Good job, Aylah!" Aylah just points to my quiver of arrows I had set on the stand, "What's that, Aylah?" I ask, and Aylah just points more enthusiastically.

All my weapons are placed at higher spots where Aylah could not reach. Especially my arrows, Aylah really likes to hold them and wave them around, dangerously. "Boran, If you give her an arrow, I will-" "Relax, my dear, I'm not going to give her an arrow," I say waving her off as I look for an unfinished arrow that lacked the sharp tip.

"See, This one doesn't even have an arrowhead on it," Gonca smiles at me, standing up and taking Aylah from my arms. "Aylah, What's that?" Aylah reaches out, trying to grab the arrow and I hand it to her, "Aylah, can you say Ok (Arrow)?"

"O-Ok!"

1 year later~

"Uh oh, someone's sleepy," Goktug comments as Aylah rubs her eyes tiredly while she plays with Orhan and Melike. "Aylah, are you sleepy?" I ask, scooping her up into my arms, "N-no sleepy!" Aylah protests, squirming in my arms, "Are you sure you're not sleepy?" I asked, swaying her a little, hoping she'll fall asleep.

"Not sleepy," Aylah grumbles, but rests her head on my shoulder, "Are you sure?" I ask again, drawing out the last word with a smile.

Just as Aylah is about to fall asleep, Goktug very conveniently and very loudly says, "C'mon, Melike, where did you put my dagger?"

I sigh in annoyance as Aylah shoots back up, looking around. "I don't know, it's your dagger," Melike sassed back.

"It is my dagger, but you took it!" Goktug says exasperatedly, and Melike crosses her arms, "How do you know that I took it? It could have been Orhan, or Aylah, "Hey!" Both Orhan and Aylah say at the same time.

"Why would they have taken my dagger?" Goktug asks, ignoring the shade Melike was throwing, "It's beyond me, how a 3-year-old can cause this much chaos in such little time," I say, shaking my head and putting Aylah down. My hopes to get Aylah to go take a nap have been destroyed.

"What are you two arguing about now?" Osman asks, bewildered as he looks between Goktug and Melike. "Your daughter took my dagger!" "No, I didn't!"

"You know, sometimes I wonder who the toddler is and who the adult is," Osman mumbles and I nod. "Melike, Give your uncle his dagger back," "I didn't take it, Baba," Melike says in a cool voice. "Melike," Osman says in a warning tone.

"Why do you think I did it?" Melike tries to reason and I forget this is a literal toddler speaking here. "Why wouldn't you do it?" Goktug shoots back, and Osman sighs, I glance over at Orhan and Aylah to see what they're doing. They're sitting and watching like it's some sort of show.

"Melike, give me the dagger, I won't give it to Goktug. Just give me the dagger," Osman says, crouching down and holding his hand out. "What?" Goktug asks in confusion and Melike slowly pulls out the dagger and sets it in Osman's hand.

"Thank you, Melike'm," Osman says, getting up, "Hey, can I have my dagger back now?" Goktug asks and Osman shakes his head, "Nope." Goktug gapes at him as Melike runs over to Orhan and Aylah. "What?!" "Well, Goktug, if a 3-year-old child can take your dagger without you noticing, then anyone will be able to take your weapon."

"It's not my fault, your daughter is a mastermind," Goktug retorts and Osman smirks, "Thank you very much." I look over at the dagger in Osman's hand, before pointing out, "That dagger isn't even Goktug's." Osman looks down, turning the dagger in his hand, "Of course, it isn't."

Osman shrugs before handing Goktug the dagger, "Baba! You said you weren't going to give the dagger to him." Melike whines making Goktug laugh before looking at the dagger carefully. "Hey, this isn't my dagger," "Oh, it isn't?" Orhan asks innocently, "Oh, really?" Melike asks in the same innocent tone.

We all turn to Melike and she looks at all of us before bolting off, "You're never getting your dagger back, Emmi!!" She shouts as Orhan and Aylah follow her, zig-zagging through the tribe.

"Whose dagger even is that?"

A/N: F in the chat for the random alp that Melike took that dagger from 👀
