Barbara woke up from her slumber and didn't remember much from last night. All that was in her mind was Venti being the archon that she idolized. The thought of it made her eyes begin to water. But that moment, the tears came to a conclusion when she heard yelling from the kitchen of the house; She got up but realized something, she wasn't wearing her clothes that she wears when she attends the cathedral. She blushes of thought that Venti or her Lord Barbatos was the one who changed her. She blushed in embarrassment mixed with anger.

"Oh that perv is gonna get it! I'm gonna kill that bard!" Barbara muttered.

She ran out of her room to see a circus in the kitchen. She saw Venti running around trying to avoid her older sister Jean, who is trying to kill the damn bard.

"HOW FUCKING DARE YOU SHOW YOURSELF TO HER!! I'M GONNA TEACH YOU A LESSON FOR MAKING HER SAD FOR KNOWING WHAT YOU REALLY ARE!" Jean shouted, swinging her blade trying to hit the bard.

Unfortunately Jean can't even hit him due to the bard being more swift and more speedy like a bullet. He evaded and dodge which made Jean hit the environment making the house bounce.

"WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!" Barbara shouted as she was just confused and scared while viewing the scene.

Both stopped and looked at the deaconess.

"I'm trying to kill this bard for showing you his true identify. I heard that he made you cry and I'm gonna kill this damn bastard!" Jean said, trying not to rage.

"I did it because....I love your sister!" Venti blushed.

Making both girls shocked by what they heard.

"I like her, I can't express much, but we have a lot more in common than you think. We both enjoy singing and both have great voices. Her beauty is unmatchable to many females I see in Mondstadlt." Venti admits.

Making Barbara's eye water. She still can't believe that her god that she worships loves her more than a deifier. She wiped her tears, which Jean saw. Jean marched to the bard, which the bard quickly made a run for it. But this time Jean got a hold of him due to his cape.

Her eyes were filled with hate and murder, the bard begged for his life, which Barbara came to the rescue.

"Jean stop! Please don't hurt him!" Barbara sobbed, hugging her sister trying to calm her.

"But he-" Jean was trying to say something, but Barbara begged for her sister to let him go.

Which she stopped as her sister was begging her to end this. She let go of the bard, who fell onto his butt onto the hard floor.

"Please...give me and Venti some time to talk.....please...." Barbara said, wiping her tears as they began to pour rapidly out of her eye sockets.

Jean sighed and hugged her younger sister, and left the two. Barbara faced her Lord Barbatos and motioned him to follow her to her bedroom.

Venti followed and still held his hand, since he didn't bother to clean up the wound, from the vision he broke.

Barbara let Venti sit next to her on the bed, she noticed that he kept grabbing on his hand, she saw this and gasped.

"You didn't clean it?" Barbara said in an irritated tone.

"I was really worried about you, that I would rather make sure that you're safe and not sad all the time. So I didn't want to leave the house until you're okay." Venti said, blushing hard.

"Give it here." Barbara commanded.

Which the boy obeyed, giving her the damaged hand. She gently grabs it and begins the magic. Her hydro magic begins to heal the hand, which Venti groans in pain since it stains him.

"Tsk tsk tsk, you should have bandaged it last night." Barbara said with no emotions in her voice.

After she finished healing, she looked him dead in the eyes.

She grabbed him by the ear and pulled it.

"OW! What the heck was that for?" Venti asked in pain.

"No more secrets and no more lies! Tell me everything! I want the truth!" Barbara said in an upset voice. Her eyes watering and her cheeks all puffed up.

"Okay okay. I'll tell you." Venti sighed.

Venti told her everything.

"So you........you weren't human?" Barbara stuttered.

"Yeah. But Barbara, I also wanted to apologize to you." Venti looks down onto the floor feeling shame.

"Apologize? For what?" Barbara asked.

"For showing you too much. I'm sorry." Venti sighed, looking out the window.

"The truth hurts and it's hard to swallow. But I rather know the facts. Matter of fact, speaking of facts, I'm also upset that my own sister and our friends have been lying to my face!" Barbara crossed her arms.

"Oh right! They lied about me being just a regular bard, who can play good music. I mean I'm surprised it took you just now to know that I'm an archon. Haha!' Venti giggled.

"I'm gonna wipe that cheeky smile of yours if you don't quit laughing!" Barbara threatened, which made her cheeks glow red as they puffed up.

"Gosh you're so cute. But Barbara..." Venti put both hands onto hers, right to right and left to left.

He connected his lips to hers and she closed her eyes. She was enjoying the moment, but as Venti pulled away, he had an awful sad expression on his face.

"I think I want you to have space." Venti said.

"What? But why? I am fine now that you're an archon. Well actually honestly...I'm actu-......I-.....ummmm....." Barbara couldn't speak.

Venti knew that she was just in denial. Venti wants her to have space to process everything about him.

"I'm gonna be gone for a while, just to give you time to process. I can tell that you are living in denial that you are fine, but the truth is that I smell a lie." Venti smiled.

"What? No, please don't leave! Please!" Barbara sobbed again.

Venti grabbed her chin and forced her lips onto his, kissing her passionately, and after the end of the kiss, he got up and opened the window.

Barbara grabbed his cape and cried hysterically, not wanting the bard to leave. She cried harder and harder, which brought pain into Venti's heart. But he must do what he must do.

He gently used the wind to push her back and looked at her with a small smile.

"I'll be back when the time is right!" Venti smiled, as he jumped off and soon his body slowly converted into winds that are strong as hurricanes. Barbara rushed to the window to see where the bard went, but she saw nothing.

She just continued to cry for the whole day. Just hoping the bard returns back to her. Her sister came into the room and hugged and comforted her.
