Chapter 1- Tanky situation

SWHOOOOSH! BOOM! 

*stomp* *growl* 

ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!! 

 Oh no... 

No, NO, NO!!!

ROOOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRRRR!!!!! 

I have to escape. I have to run. RUN. It's a Tank. Just escape. Don't stop. Can't die here. Not now. Sabriel was struggling to run away from the Tank. Big frickin' zombie on steroids. The girl was running fast, turning around corners of various streets. 

SHIT!!! IT CAN'T BE!! - Sabriel thought. The road is blocked.. Dammit! I gotta climb the wall, otherwise this thing will kill me. I have to escape. Sabriel could hear the beast coming fast to where she was. She had to escape no matter what.  Ever since the zombie outbreak, the girl tried her best to find other survivors, aswell as the supplies and weapons. She felt so bad ever since she lost her group due to one of the horde attacks.

 Now Sabriel had to get to the safe room, since Mercy Hospital was overrun by zombies and there was no way she could ever deal with them all by herself. It could be a suicide, especially when the girl only had the katana sword with her and a bow with some arrows. It wasn't even a crossbow. Still better that than nothing, right?

Sabriel managed to jump over the wall before the beast got to her location. It was close. Way too close. After taking a few deep breaths and making sure, that nothing is going to attack her, female proceeded to scout the area she got in after she managed to run her marathon from the angry Tank with a small horde of zombies following him. 

At least she was alive for now. She was tired, hungry, but alive. The female even managed to find enough strength to make up a story, which actually made her laugh, because of how true it was.

"Let me tell you a story. There was a Tank. Run or die."- She said to herself in apathy and laughed at this, on how cringe and pathetic the story was. Right after that she began to wonder, whether she's going insane or not.

 Nevertheless, Sabriel hoped that one day, this nightmare would come to an end and she would live happily ever after.

AUTHOR'S NOTE 

Hey guys, it's my first book and my first chapter i've ever tried to write. The cover  shows how the main character looks like (at the same time it's my OC, you can put anything you want in your mind :D ). It's my first story, so i'm sorry for any sort of mistakes that i might be making. I chose Sabriel as the name for the main character, if you don't like it- you can change the name to whatever you want :) Theoretically it's a Y/N so you don't need to worry about the name. Imagination can everything :D

 I'm sorry for short chapters, i'm sure, that i'll get better with time. I hope you like this book :) Cheers!
