Chapter 4- Unexpected outcome

BOOOOOOOOWIE! Would you look at that! The portal is finally ready!- Engineer clapped his hands and cheerfully brought the news to the team. Soldier immidiately snatched Scout from the couch  and both of them were now jumping around Medic and Engineer, while  cheering with happiness, at the same time trying to get their hands on the project.

We 'ave ran some experiments on this thing- Engie started- and unfortunately we can't all go throught the portal at once. Ja, und ve still have no assurance, vhere ze portal would get us- Medic added.

 Soldier couldn't stop himself but start yelling at everyone- I WANNA GO FOR THE ADVENTURE MAGGOT! FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC AND YOU WILL NOT TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY FROM ME, PRIVATE TWINKLETOES! 

Soldier! Calm down, noone is goin' to take any opportunity from you- Engineer laughed. All Am tryin' to say is that we don't know how safe it is, yet. Hell, we might not even survive this kind of teleportation, since this portal is nothing like the ones that we use here! It's way different and it has other mechanical properties than our regular teleporters. - Oh come on, man! We still can give it a try, right? - Scout insisted on launching the teleporter. Hmmmmm... Ja, I think, zhat ve can- Medic replied after a moment of thinking. There's still one thing, tho. Engie mentioned earlier, zhat ve can't all go through zhis thing all at once, but ve can put up to 4 men in zhere.

Yeah, that's correct, doc.- Engie agreed. AW COME ON, DUDE!!- Scout whined- Who are you even considering taking to try it out??- he asked. 

Well... I was thinkin' about goin' there myself with the doc and...- Engie started counting out.

AND ME!!!- Soldier cut in. Engie sighed- Fine Soldier, you're in. BUT under one condition. WHAT'S THE CONDITION, MAGGOT?- Soldier asked. 

You can go but DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING. - Engie warned him.

 -YES SIR, DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!- Soldier yelled.

 Everybody laughed and Engie then asked- A'ight fellas, who else is coming?- Scout was rising his hand and doing his best to get Engineer's attention, but got quickly cut off.

 -Sorry Scout, I don't trust you on this one, this thing isn't on autopilot, son. Besides, you're needed here, in case something happens. 

-YOU'RE NO FUN! - Scout scoffed at him. Sniper, ya up for this experience?-Engie called out to the Aussie -Eh ye, I can't see why not, mate. Got nothin' betta to do anyways.- Sniper replied.

Vell, in zhat case i think zhat ve're all set zhen! Raus, raus!- Medic cheered excitedly.

 Engie started up the machine and it started buzzing. Mercs got their weapons and went into the portal. Everybody waited for the charge to complete. In a very last second, when the machine was about to finish the teleportation process, Scout suddenly jumped into the device with other mercenaries. 

-SCOUT!!!! NO!!!!!- Everybody yelled at him in unison, but it was too late. 

Medic, Engineer, Soldier, Sniper and Scout got sucked into another world, which would later on be an unforgettable adventure for them.

AUTHOR'S NOTE 

Phew, we're slowly rolling with chapters. I'm trying my best to make the mercs' accents as accurate as possible, so i hope it's understandable. The story is developing into bigger action now, so I'm proud of myself, that i got the ideas to put in here.
