(A/N: guys this chapter was so much fun to write! Enjoy!)
*Hailey's POV*
I ran into my sister's arms crying my eyes out trying to forget everything. I looked toward hayes' current location with anger, sadness, and disappointment in my eyes. He saw my current expression and left that one chick there with a devilish smile plastered to her face. She just stood there trying to act hurt and depressed. No body would ever understand how much I wanted to punch her. Hayes ran over I me with concern in his voice "I'm so sorry, it's not what it looks like I swear! She kissed me. I guess now is time as any...I never broke up with her, but once I realized what if feels like to be treated like an actual person not some celebrity, I knew she was just using me for fame. I was going to break up with her but didn't know when or how."My stern expression softened a bit but then I remembered; 1. He lied to me and 2. He wasn't struggling to escape her or even stop! I then knew why I was mad and all fury broke loose "why didn't you tell me you were still with her?! Why didn't not even try to escape her?" Why...why...why... That's all I could say.
I crossed my arms around my chest and patted my foot on the ground waiting for an explanation...a reasonable one! I looked Hayes right in the eyes and he looked like a six year old kid who just got in trouble for eating dessert before dinner. Then his words came out unsteady and clam. "I...I didn't tell you I was still dating her because I didn't want you to just think of us (he motioned to him and I) as friends, I.. I.. I like you Hailey alright, I have fallen head over hills for you!" My jaw dropped and I immediately broke down!
*Hayes' POV*
I saw Hailey standing there and pushed Julia away with a great force. I ran up to her apologizing and thought now would be the best time to spill the truth about Julia, but was fearful of the consequences. Her expression softened then a moment later fury filled her eyes. "Why didn't you tell me about her? Why did you not pull away?" Why, why, why that's all I heard and was so overwhelmed by the current events. I just knew now was the time I had to confess my feelings or else I would loose Hailey forever. I tried my absolute best to spit out the words "I...I I didn't want to tell you I was dating her because I didn't want you to think of us as just friends I... i... I like you Hailey alright! I have fallen head over heels for you!"
Her draw dropped and her mouth opened, but all that came out was air. She closed her mouth and took a deep breath and she just started to cry. "I'm so sorry!!! I just thought you were, nevermind, I am so terribly sorry for making a big deal out of everything. I'm so sorry. I got so emotional about all this because, I like you too! I saw you with her and thought I wasn't good enough. I'm so sorry Hayes!" She slightly looked up and tried to fake a smile. I put my hand on her cheek and wiped away the tears then pulled her into one tight hug knowing I almost lost her. I took one big breath and pulled away forming a smile on my face. I took a step back and herd the words "don't hurt her again or even tell her about this because I will hurt you...!" I quickly looked the way of the sound and saw Hailey's sister, Ally, walking away in the distance. Chills shot through my body and fear sunk in.
