This is the third part of my continuation of Itz_Larissa's one shot Kidnapped, I'd advise you to read her one shot and the first two parts before you read this.

I looked at the bandages on my hand, itching to take them off and see the progress of healing the wound underneath had made, however I refrained from doing so. I'd rather let it heal more than five in to my curiosity.
I looked up at Impulse, who had previously been lying on his cot and staring up at the ceiling. He was now fast asleep, breathing softly. His face was scrunched up in an expression of agony, probably having a nightmare.
I guess it was expected after the day we had had. He started jerking around and whimpering, and I wondered if I should wake him up. On one hand, being asleep is better than being awake, but on the other hand, he won't be having the nightmare and I'll be having someone to talk to.
I decided to go with the latter option, moving over to him and shaking him. He jerked awake, sitting up quickly and knocking me down in the process. I now noticed the sweat coating his face.
He looked over to me, and was jerking around, an animalistic expression of fear present on his face. I went to stand in front of him, putting my hands on his shoulders. "Breathe Impulse. In and out. With me. In, 2, 3. Out, 2, 3." I repeated this process until he had called down.
" Whew, that was one neck of a nightmare." He seemed to be attempting to act nonchalant to cope with what he had just seen. I just let him, to each their own.
I still didn't get somebody to talk to, since we just sat in silence. I didn't want to break it, not knowing if he would be comfortable to talk about the nightmare.
In my boredom, I had begun picking at the bandages around my hands.

I was worried about Jevin. He looked to be asleep, eyes closed, even breathing, peaceful expression, but I couldn't wake him up no matter how hard I tried.
It was almost like he had fallen into a coma, but there was no way it would just suddenly happen like that. Whatever it was, I hoped it was reversible without any lasting consequences.
I briefly pondered the possibility of it being something self-induced, as I had heard of some people with magic that could crest shields that trapped their consciousness in when they wanted to why away from the outside world.
After playing with that idea for a while, I decided it was the explanation that fit best, and that I liked the most. It was something that could be reversed without harm, and it was self-induced so it wasn't some curse or something that has the misfortune to befall him now.

We were frantically putting our brains together to try and figure out a way to slow down the draining off Doc's battery. It had been slowly ticking down since he had been thrown in here.
We still had a few hours until he completely shut down, but only two or three more until parts of his robotic side would begin to shut down to conserve battery, which would leave him helpless.
Suddenly i had a brilliant idea. "Wait, you know how Bdubs said that the bars are electrified." He perked up at the beginning of my idea. After all, it was really the only option we had.
"What if we could somehow use the electricity from the bars to charge your battery." He looked like we had just found he holy grail. " As dumb as that sounds, it might actually work. However, I will need your help." He looked over at me and I nodded.
