Yoongi marched down the hallway, heading towards a certain locker and not knowing what to feel.

He was just feeling too much.

He was angry because of how stupid he'd been to hold back and let all this bullying happen, just because he wanted to fit in with a bunch of people he knew since childhood, yet knew nothing about.

He'd been scared. His 'friends' would probably run straight to Yoongi's parents, knowing that they would most likely disown him immediately.

But he was relieved as well. Not only did he finally do the right thing and stood up for his little ball of sunshine - he was not the only one. He didn't know what drove the mostly quiet Kai to suddenly side with him, but he was thankful.  So damn thankful!

But more than any of that, he felt guilty.

The mint-haired boy felt guilty and anxious.

He had to tell Jimin about what he realized in person. Yoongi had to make sure that at least Jimin understood

Understood why he acted that way all along. He wanted to tell him everything: His secret crush on him, his fear of losing everything and everyone he'd ever known, his inability to be open about his feelings, his heartache whenever he saw his friends bully him and the paralysis while watching them do it to his soulmate

And he knew, he needed to apologize.

Yes, apologize.

And that pained him more than anything.

Yoongi was sure that however he did it, Jimin would never be able to forgive him. Or more like... if he was in Jimin's shoes... he would never be able to forgive the person who started it all and just watched him slowly falling apart while supposedly being his soulmate.

Shit, how could he possibly understand... I fucked up so bad!

He didn't even notice the tears that were running down his cheeks by now.

He also didn't notice that he just passed by said boy, who was watching him with big doe eyes, not quite believing that the Min Yoongi was full on crying.
