Yoongi never pretended while writing those sticky notes.

He never did.

Why on earth would Jimin think that? Had Yoongi's friends really gotten to him like that? Like he wouldn't even allow himself to receive any compliments from a nice stranger?

Yoongi couldn't bare the pain he felt while reading Jimin's self-degrading words again.

"naive little childish Jimin"... oh, Jimin... You're anything but naive or childish... it's my fault you think like that... everything's my fault... I'm so sorry, Jimin! So goddamn sorry!

He let out a sob he didn't know he was holding while crouching down to the ground, burying himself in self-hatred and fear.

Jimin would never forgive him. Ever.

He cried into his hands, letting out every inch of hurt that he felt right at that moment. His lungs gasped for air, his heart tightened and his tears wouldn't stop spilling.

He couldn't control himself anymore. He just couldn't.

He needed to leave. Now.

Blurry-faced, he stumbled to his feet and escaped up the stairs. A faint voice was calling out for him, but he just ran. He needed to get away from everyone. He needed to lose control for once.

When he made it to the third floor, he staggered to the studio he always worked at.

Crouching down to the ground, he finally let out everything he was holding back those past couple of weeks. Every inch of hurt just flowed out of his system. His throat went sore, his eyes began to burn with every tear that escaped them and his chest wouldn't stop shaking. A faint stinging sensation in his heart didn't help the situation at all.

Jimin was hurting as well. He was probably hurting because of him again.

Another sob escaped his aching troat, his voice raspy and shaking violently.

But then Yoongi froze.

He heard light footsteps moving towards him.

He just assumed that the door would've shut automatically behind him, like always. He didn't know what to do now. He couldn't think straight.

A faint wave of hurt and confusion hit him once again and not even a second later, two warm arms wrapped around his shaking shoulders. The crying boy hid his face further into his pale hands, not daring to look up. Not daring to give way to his broken self.

But once he heard a certain someone's soft voice whispering soothing words into his ear, his body unfroze and his head snapped up.

There he was: Jimin's beautiful eyes locked with his swollen ones, taking his breath away.

JM: "It's gonna be okay, hyung. Whatever it is, I'm sure it's gonna be okay."

Yoongi's eyes grew large. Just one word occupied his mind now - one name:

Jimin.

Another silent tear ran down his cheek, but he couldn't take his eyes off of his kind-hearted angel.

YG: "I'm sorry",

he whispered.

YG: "I'm so freaking sorry, Jimin-ah!"

And another faint wave of hurting butterflies hit his chest. Jimin heard him. Jimin was hurt.
