"How did you find my house?" Kenny asked making me groan, we had moved over to the living room now drinking some white wine. Mariah was upstairs asleep in her bedroom so we were all by ourselves.
"I have my contacts-"
"Are they part of the legal team?" He arched his brow.
I pulled my face.
"I don't know..." I trailed off. "Are you gonna arrest me officer?" I asked, "because I don't mind you handcuffing me." I smirked climbing into his lap making him chuckle.
"Kinky." He smirked before I kissed his bottom lip.
He caressed my thighs moving my skirt up, he leaned up and deepened our kiss making me moan and loosely wrap my arms around his neck. I slowly began to grind feeling a little bit of him, he grunted sending chills down my spine before he grabbed my hips and made me stop.
"Uh uh." He said pulling back.
"What's wrong? Again?" I groaned looking at him.
"It just doesn't feel right." He said making me sigh as I rested my forehead down on his shoulder in frustration.
"You're sexy don't get me wrong it's just after my wife passed-"
I frowned sitting up.
"You're a widow?"
He nodded before he ran his hand down his face.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know that." I bit my lip staring at him.
"I never told you." He said.
He sat up and wrapped his arms around me pulling me against him.
"I wanna have sex with you I do... believe me. I just made a commitment to myself and God a couple years ago after I drowned myself in sex and alcohol after my wife died until I realized I had to be there for my daughter because she only had me." He confessed.
I hugged his neck taking in his scent. I mentally sighed realizing we were probably never gonna have sex now, but I couldn't believe that I liked this him so much that I was willing to have this without the sex. I can't believe I was considering this.
"If this is a deal breaker for you I can understand-"
"It's not." I shook my head cupping his face, "trust me." I smiled.
He smiled back grabbing my ass and leaning up kissing my lips.
"I thought she was just your friend?"
I immediately jumped off Kenny's lap and pulled my skirt down as Kenny stood up and scratched his head.
"Friends don't kiss." Mariah looked between us.
"Why are you in grown folks business shouldn't you be sleeping?" Kenny asked raising his eyebrows making her groan and stomp her feet.
"I can never say anything!" She shouted making me giggle as she slouched herself up the stairs.
"I should go." I laughed picking up my bag.
