A/N: Let the drama begin....

Third Person POV

The three made their way to the meeting room and sat across from the former king who had a stone cold look on his face

They all sat looking over at him. Normani was starting to feel uncomfortable under his gaze as a minute passed and not a word was spoken

"You are king for God's sake" he finally gritted

Y/N sat fighting the urge to roll his eyes

"What kind of example are you setting the younger folks of this kingdom? Having an affair with the maid!? Are you crazy?"

"Its none of their business" Y/N answered and that caused Shawn to start a whole lecture about his behaviour and not acting like a king

During the lecture, Normani felt the baby kick and quickly got a hold of Y/N's hand under the table. She guided his hand to her belly at the area where the kicks were the most

A smile made it's way to his face when he felt the kick causing Kayla to look over at him with her eyebrows furrowed

"You have no respect, smiling when your father is lecturing you about having an affair" she said upset that he's smiling when she expected him to be sad and down

"If you think I'm gonna miss out on the opportunity to feel my baby's kick for the first time ever to listen to him fuss about something he can't change you have it all twisted" Y/N answered shamelessly

"See this is how he treats me" she cried

Normani and Y/N looked over at the crying 'queen' annoyed

"That's how it is behind close doors and then on top of that he's been having an affair with that bitch over there!" Kayla added

Normani did a double take over at the girl

"What did you just call me?" She questioned ripping Y/N's hand from her belly

At that action Y/N knew whatever was about to happen was not going to end pretty

"I know you have ears and heard what I just said" Kayla replied

Normani had never been called out of her name and this was definitely gonna be the last time

"Okay but I'm the bitch that's having your husbands baby" Normani started

"At least he tells me he loves me" she added

"At least I didn't get the chance to be with him and blew it by cheating on him" she continued "When you want to call someone out of their name make sure you can back up your sentence"

Kayla didn't know what to say so she took her shoe off and threw it at Normani but Y/N caught it before it could hit her in the face

He wanted nothing more than to use the heel and dig into Kayla's skin but that was not how he was trained

"You two enough!" Shawn yelled slamming his hands down on the table causing the two women to tear their glare away from each other

"Y/N's right. I can't control what happened but I know damn well that, that baby is gonna be staying in this castle" Shawn paused

Y/N smiled, Normani didn't have a problem but Kayla on the other hand was pissed at the idea

"But, Normani will be taken off this area and work on the other side of the castle effective immediately. At no time at all are you allowed to be with the baby once it's born, not even in the same room" the former king spoke with nothing but rage in his voice

"What?" Y/N and Normani chorused while Kayla tried to fight her smile

"I said what I said"

"She's not doing that" Y/N spoke standing up along with the former king to show he's serious

"Y/N, the former king who ruled the kingdom for the past 30 years have spoken" Kayla said

"I wasn't talking to you" he answered "And you I don't care how long you've ran this place, I will not allow her to do that. That's cruelty. How can she carry out child for so long and not even see her? Oh I get it. Because my mom didn't bring forth your son that's what this is"

Normani and Kayla gasped at the revelation. Shawn stood there looking over at Y/N dumbfounded

"Ladies leave the room. I need to talk with my son" he gritted after a minute of silence

Y/N's POV

"Kayla can leave, Normani is staying" I said not tearing my gaze from the man across from me

"Fine, Kayla call my wife" he said looking over at her

"Why do I have to, she's the maid-" she objected but was cut off by the tall man

"I said go!" He yelled

She jumped at the tone and quickly left the room. A few minutes later my mother walked into and it was evident she could feel the tension in the room

"Your son got the maid pregnant during his affair" Shawn said blaming me

My mother looked over at Normani and her eyes traveled down to her pregnant belly. However, she stayed silent as she should.

She had no say in lecturing me about this when she is doing the same thing. The only difference is she isn't pregnant or getting anyone pregnant

"I do take that blame and I have no regrets either. I told tou both when Kayla first got here what happened and you ignored me saying 'I'm royalty suck it up' well guess what? I didn't ask to be here, I was summoned and if I disagree with something there's no changing my mind. While I was stuck under misery I fell for Normani and have no remorse whatsoever, I had an affair. We are happy but this is the last straw. My daughter will not be separated from her mother in fact we are going to live the life I always wanted. One with no secrecy and lies, one where I can be happy and not miserable" I vented

I turned to Normani and helped her up. As soon as she was on her feet her water broke
