After Lang Qianqiu left, Xie Lian's steps had been hesitant, his shoulders slumped. He stood unmoving and Shi Qingxuan approached him, giving a small at the back. "What a guy. Your Highness I didn't know how you managed to befriend him, but you're very lucky."

This was the first time he had heard someone tell him he was lucky even though [Name] had always been his luck through his life. He glanced at Shi Qingxuan and smiled. "Really? Maybe. I think so."

Behind them, Feng Xin continued to wipe his face. [Name] was beside him,  looking at Feng Xin with sympathy, half of his face covered by his lucky fan. When the two turn their heads around, they saw his face covered in white strands, miserable, and laughed.

"Sorry about that." Xie Lian said.

Feng Xin picked off all the white strands on his face. "I'm not as skilled, so I can't say anything" The four of them conducted a final search of all the caves, double checking to make sure before riding a draft of wind back to the Heavenly court.

Once they passed by the gates, they saw the streets were filled with crowds of junior officials from the Middle Court, moving about, checking cranny of every palace as of they were about to face a grave enemy. They they finally arrived at the Great Martial Hall, The audience chamber was already filled with heavenly officials of the Upper Court.
