You were sleeping peacefully in your bed, bright light peeking through the window and shining down on your face. Unexpectedly, the door from your palace opened, next was the door of your bedroom and the footsteps were lightly heavy.

Immediately, you sensed this presence and it was already too late when a hand reach out to your face. Groaning, you simply slapping this person's hand away and shifted your position the other way, mumbling. "Stop that, Jun Wu."

Jun Wu chuckled. "Get up or I'll carry you to the Martial Hall." He said. You turn to face him then reach out your hands and playfully said.  "Yes please! Can you carry me?"

You held back a laugh, thinking he won't take it seriously, the emperor gave you a meaningful smirk and suddenly, he scooped your body from the bed. "Yah! Jun Wu are you serious!?!"

"You asked for it [Name]." He said.

Unexpectedly, he placed you over his shoulders with a grunt and your upper body facing his back. Then you started yelling. "I take it back! Jun Wu Put me down now!"

Your screaming ended up all in vain when he exited out your palace while carrying you over his shoulders. The sight was shocking and amusing to all the heavenly officials and literature gods, as the the emperor walked.

"Why are you suddenly being like this...?"

Back then before he was a heavenly martial emperor, he was an official martial god and your friend in the heaven realm. The two of you always get along together, through thick & thin, and each other's salvation. Your relationship before was like how you and Xie Lian right now.

However, things have changed and after you left for many years in the heaven realm. You were taking care of personal business, and was having hard time dealing with White Maiden Fiend and becoming a ghost king. The Mount Tong'lu kept you inside for a hundred years that you missed an event that your friend had become a heavenly martial emperor. Many things have changed, the official martial gods are new who had ascended into the heaven realm and you barely knows them.

Jun Wu didn't talked to you after your return, your personality became distant away from your fellow martial gods and to the new emperor. One day, you secretly descended down to the ghost realm and accidentally met Hua Cheng, then Black Immor and Green Immor. You had no one to talk to that moment until that bottled feelings burst like an explosion and the fame of White Maiden Fiend shake the three realms.

Unfortunate events happened, Jun Wu descended to the mortal realm and fought with you. Despite himself as a martial emperor, you are powerful than him and almost killed him. Afraid to hurt him, you have no choice but make a fabricated lie and pretended Ghost Maiden Fiend controlled you and overtaken your face. So many unfortunate events happened, and avoided him so many times...it all felt like it was just yesterday.
