It's been six months

Six months since I started dating Sarand and eight months since I've known her.

It's crazy how this all began ,just because I went to a party

Flashback : 8 months ago

I was at a party that my best friend begged me to go to,frankly I didn't wanna go ,I was perfectly fine with just eating some chocolate ice cream while watching Jane The Virgin but nooo I just had to go to a party just so Khadija could get to see her crush.

The things I do for my friends,I swear I'm underrated.

I walk to the kitchen to get myself a drink and after opening the fridge and getting myself a beer,I decide to just lean on the counter and just take a break from all the party madness that was happening.

As I was just about to get deep in thought,I felt someone's presence in front of me.

I look up and it's Jake,everybodies favourite douche bag . I swear the only reason he has friends is because he's rich besides that he has no personality whatsoever and I was tired of his advances towards me.

"What do you want Jake?"  I say, clearly annoyed by his presence.

I hope he doesn't say anyhing dumb,I've had a long day and stupidity is the last thing I need right now.

"Well hello to you too chocolate drop" He says cockily with a smug look on his face.

Ohh yeah that's another thing I forgit about Jake, he just loves to give POC these dumb ass nicknames. You'd think that in today's world people like that would cease to exist but unfortunately it hasn't.

I sigh and tell myself to calm down because he doesn't deserve to see me like that.

"Jake,I've told you MULTIPLE times to stop calling me or any black girl that, we don't appreciate being labled as food,we're humans and I know that it might be a little difficult for your mind to actually process that but please , for the love of all things good,just try." I tell him and give him a tight lipped smile.

I'm over this,I start to walk away and then he continues.

"Ohh come on,Morgs, when are you gonna let me into chocolate city babes,I've heard that black girls do it best so come on, give me a taste ." He says to me suggestively .

That's it,I'm leaving but I sure as hell will get in a good punch before I do.

I start to walk towards Jake and before I could punch him I heard someone say

"Really Jake? You think you're funny huh? I'm pretty sure every girl on this campus is tired of you and probably wants to castrate you as well,so before you serously get hurt I suggest you leave right now."

I turn around to see who said that and I'm blown away .

She's beautiful,with jet black hair,ivory skin,hazel eyes,monolids,full lashes,plump pink lips and a petite body which I'm pretty sure stood at 5'4 ,she was probably the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen .

I was speechless.

I heard Jake mumble a whatever and walk past me but I didn't really pay any attention to him cause I couldn't stop looking at her.

It felt like after Jake had left she finally looked at me and we made eye contact,I couldn't look away . She gave me a small smile and started making her way towards me.

OMG SHE'S COMING!!!!

Yeah needless to say I was shitting bricks trying to calm down.

"Hey,are you alright?" She asked me,her voice smooth and calming.
