Nel with the startled look and the enormous sound of pain, regrets, errors, aspirations, anger and the mixture of certain feelings with the amount of disturbed peace, starts flowing tears immediately after reading the documents inside the folder, it seems like the volcano just stopped to burst out of the lava, but the climatic conditions doesn't effect the eruption and the lava just floated like a water of drops in her eyes, the shade of dark arrow consider as a mark of deadline in her life continues to snatch her within a minute. She feels like there's nothing to lose more rather than the heart of a pure person, to whom she loved once in a lifetime, the person who was with her in all her bad terms, the one who was with her in her conditions of losing hopes and the one who was with her in her fearful moments, the only thing important to her was to save the most beautiful
vacancy in her life was only Joel, who was in the operation theatre willing to fight between death, the vase of her desires and the wonder land broked once in a while when she saw that the document was filled with the 3 Papers of the horrible events.

The Description of document...

The document had the reports of joel, from born to present every information was related to his health, his check-ups and his x-rays reports, blood pressure reports, innumerable surgeries reports, blood check-ups, pulse check-ups, the multiple type of pages filled with the medications and the antibiotics, the last page directly parted Nel's heart into pieces when she saw that this was something she never ever expected and never ever thought of something like this, that this lines will just make her lost everything in her life, she just jumped into sadness and became like a butterfly, who was about to taste honey, but suddenly an eagle came and ate butterfly away without even keeping a single wing of butterfly's body and a single evidence of it's death, the moment she saw this document she wrapped herself into a dark room and felt like she's gonna hit the door as much as possible just to open the door of death and vanish away everything alone, without even suffering the pain, she rushes into the bathroom and cried for hours and hours, without seeing a sight of Joel she just kept on crying as hard as she can.

Joel on the other hand was on the ventilator with the injections and medicines inside his body, she can't even  see anything, she was unconscious because of the pain his ventricles are in the position to die. His eyes are swelling harder, his palms are not even coming together, the nurses are focusing on his body structure and his blood pressure, doctors are trying their best to get out of this terrible incident, everything was in the way to get destroy, the day we meet the most precious person in our life is the day where we feel,  some insecurity about ourselves, that if the person would leave us in the end or the person will be with us till our last breathe, the same thing was in this case both of them are surrounded with the fear of losing each other, the most anxious thing in the world is to forget the person who came as a celestial being in our life, when we need it the most, the living beings are separated into two different parts in two different worlds ,the 1st world is consider as the real world that is mother earth, and the 2nd world is consider as the world afterlife that is fiction, the person living in first world are considered as a being with super belief, strong hope and the innumerable features, the person living in the second world are considered as a being without body, without words, without strength, but the most important thing in them is called as the feelings which decides their good and bad actions. In this world you may be aware of death and the daily life incidents ,but remember once it happens it turns into a magical destiny and makes your piece of chess convert into checkmate easily.

Coming back to story....

Nel crying harder and harder, which increases her pain, her red eyes accomplished with the blood of joel that rotates here and there continuously in the ICU room ,her numb body, which stopped working as if he's sleeping till 24/7 hours, her voice isn't coming out, as if he's heart is beating slowly and waves with the way of grave. She cries and cries in the pain of joel. Suddenly the door opens in a harsh voice and one lady enters with a high note of her sound, the echoed version says, "Nel where are you ??? , NEL, NEL, NEL ....
