S2 Chapter 2: Problems

"Thank you, first Master of Unisberg..." the cloaked figure says, eating a hearty bowl of rice and drinking a glass of water.

Archer of Inferno, and Ushiwakamaru observe the individual as they eat, Musashi, already done with her two bowls of udon, is moving onto a serving of sake. The cloaked figure was definitely feminine, her body though hidden and small in frame seemed sturdy enough by the way she carried herself. However that aspect of her was contrasted by her big hood and black bangs covering their reddish eyes.

"So uh who are you exactly?" Adam sitting across from the girl asks.

"Yes... I am Ortlinde, a Valkyrie sent from Allfather Odin to find the first Master here in Unisberg." Ortlinde sets down her glass and looks towards Master Adam.

"Why?"

"I... I am afraid I cannot say until I'm under contract. " The Valkyrie picks up her glass again.

"Before I make any contracts, I need to know if the city is going to be in danger at the very least."

Adam's other servants all look towards the kitchen counter, as Ortlinde silently sits there in silence, her red eyes ever so slightly sinking into her hood.

With a deep breath, Adam stands and comes around the counter.

"Alright, let's make a contract, it looks like you could use the help anyways," he smiles and holds out his hand.

Ortlinde reaches out and at the touch of their hands, a light binds their arms before flickering out quickly.

"Woah, you take a lot of mana..." Adam says surprised.

"Yes, now that we are fully prepared, we can function at a suitable output." Ortlinde begins to glow, and with a flash, two more girls of similar design stand beside Ortlinde.

Musashi jumps up, "They multiplied?!"

The three Valkyries stand before their surprised Master.

"Thank you for allowing us to work at our most optimal performance," a blonde Valkyrie with her hair let loose and wings out in full display says in a firm yet serene manner.

"Yes, between you and the grail's influence now we can work together as three alongside the warriors of Unisberg." Says a pink haired Valkyrie, and though she has the same muted face as the other two, one can tell she was the livelier of the three.

"Ok, you did not tell me there were more of you," Adam says standing upright.

The blonde Valkyrie steps forth, "This is no deception First Master, we may have come as one but we are three. That being said, I am Thrúd."

"And I'm Hildr! " The pink Valkyrie says.

"I don't get it, and I'm not particularly fond of surprises..." Adam says.

"Master if I may," Archer of Inferno comes forward, drawing the attention of all present, " having the extra hands to help around the house would be valuable, considering Nightingale is still in the city."

"Yes, though our imperatives are different, our goals are aligned," Says Hildr.

"We are more than prepared to help in any which way we can," Thrúd adds.

"Mhm..., " Adam looks contemplative, " Well before all that, what's going on with Unisberg, and what do you mean by sent?"

The next afternoon, in the quiet Oakwood Housing area, it was all but quiet for the Third Master of Unisberg.

"OMG! Like that is totally just the cutest! Totes! "

Suzuka, Master Julius's Saber and the teenage spirit of the house lets her emotions be known while entering through the front door.
