"You said WHAT?!" Shou shakes the lights within Tonio's cafe, alarming the few guests in at the time.
"Hey, keep it down, we need to not draw anymore attention to ourselves," Adam says hurriedly.
"Oh, y-yeah, this has to be some joke," Shou says as he reels himself in.
"Hmm, I mean from what you described his servant may be a bit of a pain, but the Master seems to have a good head on his shoulders, although you really emphasized the part about the ass hitting you, " Julius comments.
"Hey, im just pointing out how dumb it all was! Talking to that chick is like trying to get through a brick wall," Adam says before grabbing his drink and taking a sip.
"Perhaps you should have brought a Lancer with you, a shame considering you have potentially three," says a familiar haughty voice.
Demanding all three Master's attention was Reines standing at the head of the table and with her a metallic maiden to be seen out of a sci-fi action thriller.
"Um, who are you?" Shou asks.
"Oh, surprise surprise, to think you wouldn't mention me to your friends here," Reines says coyly, eyeing the second Master as he sits there under the turning gazes of Adam and Shou.
"Well, you said not to mention one, so I figured the other might as well not know to save you the trouble," Julius says, reaching for his coffee to relieve some of the pressure.
"My impressive pupil, I was right in choosing you," Reines boasts."
Adam, "Yeah, so... are you going to tell us who you are?"
Shou, "And why are you here too."
"Hm? I suppose that is important, I am Reines, as for why I'm here, well let's say I managed to get a head start among my colleagues. Now, are you to keep a young lady standing?"
The metallic woman turns into a seat, while Adam looks over to Julius. Shou is surprised by the sudden transformation of Reines' attendant. Julius assures Adam it's ok, as Reines passes on sitting on her newly arranged seat in favor of slyly sliding into the booth.
Having found her seat the girl lays out a pile of gems on the table and draws a line through them creating an alternative space within the cafe. The other patrons and the employees become akin to ghosts and the surrounding area has been dulled in color.
"What did you just do?" Adam quickly asks.
Julius and Shou brace themselves for any possible dangers.
"Seeing you three all bothered as apes do when faced with their reflection is far too entertaining, but alas, it will do. I simply put up a barrier that will allow us to discuss more sensitive matters in private."
Shou leans forward, "So you know about the Fourth Master?"
"By Fourth Master, you must mean Kayode and his servant Ishtar, he is what you could call our competition."
"Competition? As in, he's one of your colleagues I'd take it, just what does this investigation of yours entail? Julius says.
"To not waste any time I am looking for the grail here in the city, there's been a few complications that have arisen and due to my dear brother feeling ill, I seized the opportunity to sort out this mystery," Reines speaks confidently and assuredly.
"Hold on, just who are associated with and what mystery?" Shou asks.
"Hm? All these demands from such a vulnerable maiden, have you no shame?" Reines speaks in an innocently teasing manner, shutting Shou down in his vexed mindstate.
