An eventful night was nothing but uncommon in Unisberg ever since Heroic Spirits had made their presence known. However, no event thus far would top what the three Masters had conjured up in that cafe.
"Hold on. So you're saying Valkyries came from Odin to tell you that Unisberg will be destroyed?" Shou leans back trying to process all he's just heard.
"Yes, do I need to repeat it?" Adam says with a bit of angst.
"No, I just needed to make sure I heard you clearly." Shou says, still in thought.
"I'll have Medea work with the Valkyries on their investigation. We'll need all the information we can get if not even Odin could tell what the hell was going on." Julius says while leaning on the wall of the booth.
"Well we do know it has to do with a red light." Adam adds.
"Right." Says Julius.
"Uuugh, to think all this is going on and my servants pick now to get up in their own business." Shou taps the table aggressively and then gulps down some tea.
Adam looks to Shou, "You said something about you and Nero having a problem?"
Shou, "Yeah. You see, you know how it's important to have a back up. Strength in numbers and everything..."
"Sure" Adam chimes. Julius remains silent drinking his coffee.
"...so I ran into another Heroic Spirit and guess what..."
"What?" Julius says.
"Guess..."
"He's a Saber," Adam replies.
"Yup. So now Nero thinks I'm trying to replace her, but she's wrong. Now she talks about burning down the neighborhood and making her utopia or something." Shou scoffs.
"On my end, Jalter got into a bit of a fit herself. If we're going to take some threat to the city, we'll need to reel in our servants and work together." Julius says before getting another sip of his drink.
"Oh oh. I have an idea. It's something I've been wondering about too. This might be a good way to get everyone together..." Adam leans on the table as he expresses his idea.
It was then and there as the words left Adam's lips and the other Masters listened in understanding. Each coming to an understanding after adding in their own concepts and concerns.
The next morning...
"Master, it's time we head out."
The Valkyries head towards the door.
"Wait? Already?" Master Adam follows them through the house as he buttons up his shirt.
"Yes. Our investigation cannot be delayed any further." Thrúd says leading the pack.
"Hold on a minute!" Musashi comes swinging around the corner, " You can't go on an empty stomach now!"
Master Adam turns around with his three other servants or more so coworkers.
"Thank you, but... we do not require human sustenance, that much you should know as a servant Mrs. Musashi Miyamoto." Ortlinde speaks this time around.
"Ah! Well I can't force you to eat, but at least take this bag of rice crackers! It'll do you some good!" Musashi goes up to Hildr and hands out the bag of snacks.
"If we must... Thank you, proud warrior. This deed won't go unseen. I'll keep you in mind when picking warriors for Vahalla." Hildr says taking the bag.
"Ahaha, thanks for the consideration, but I'd rather make peace with Buddha." Musashi blushes while holding the back of her neck.
"You three stay safe." Adam steps forward.
