"hello, mrs. lee, i'm jake sim" i smiled at her before bowing.

"oh hello, jake. please take a seat" mrs. lee gestures me to sit opposite her.

"so, it's official that you want to live at kyeonju apartment, right?" she questioned while taking out the handouts which i'm supposed to complete.

"yes, i dialed my dad right away last night to inform him about this. and surprisingly, he's okay with it." i smiled.

"that's great news. well, before we start with our business, do you order anything yet?" she asked sweetly.

i shake my head and scratch my nape,

"let's go then. it's on me," she said and stands up and went to queue.

while we waited for our drinks, we had some small talk and i also knew that her daughter and her son enrolled in the same school as me.

and based on what i heard, this family is rich rich.

"so here's the documents that you need to sign." mrs. lee said as she pointed to where i'm supposed to sign.

while i was reading the documents & the agreement, i saw a name that looks so familiar to me...

'lee heesoo?'

isn't that heeseung's sister? sunghoon's classmate?

hey, she's not the only heesoo in this world...

"jake? you're alright?" mrs. lee asked as she noticed me zoned out by the sudden familiar name.

"yes, i'm alright." i slightly smiled at her and sign the agreement.

"okay, i'm done signing the papers" i excitedly exclaimed earning a soft chuckle from mrs. lee.

"okay, since you're done, i'm gonna give you a slight house tour for you to be more comfortable with the environment and stuff like that." she said while taking the last sip of her coffee.

"oh okay, let's go!" i excitedly stand up and walk to the door, mrs. lee following behind me.
