AN: fanart made with pencils, microns, and prisma colors. I'm not that great with traditional colors lol! I tried, looks pretty decent I guess. I'm happy with it.

Also, It's the scarf that (Y/n) gave Link.
-------------------------------------

"We can get there through here. Just put on our special armor."

I nod. I start to take off my tunic. Oh, I almost forgot about (Y/n)'s scarf. I grab onto it for a moment. (Y/n)...

"Link? Are you okay?"

I look back at the town. I can't help but smile.

"Yeah. I'm great. Let's go, Ralis."

I quickly change into the Zora armor. He nods and dives into the lake, I follow after him. This is almost over. Everything will go back to how it was and I can be with my friends again. Last fused shadow, here I come.

...

"The entrance to Lakebed Temple. You should know that this is a sacred place to us. If you can save it from the shadow king, we'd be in debt to you, thank you. I'll do my best to help you in any way possib-"

"Thanks, Ralis! I think you should go back to your village."

"No. I'm going too. I must avenge my mother! The Zora are water warriors! We will face any enemy, anywhere! When the village was attacked, it scared me... And mother sent me away. I was happy to get away from the fighting, but does someone like that really have the right to become king? I think even mother would be embarrassed by such a weak prince. If I keep running away all the time... I'll never escape that thought. I would hate that more than losing my life!"

"... You're the only one who can lead the Zora tribe. You. That's what's important right now. You have to survive, otherwise you'd fail your people. Wildly rushing into danger isn't courage. Vengeance... isn't courage. Don't be ashamed that you wanted to survive. Your mother was very proud because you had the courage to get where you are now."

He stares into my eyes for a moment and nods his head.

"I understand. Thank you... Link. I wish you great fortune."

He goes off, back into Lake Hylia.

"Good job shaking that deadweight off. One less thing to worry about."

"Hey... I meant everything I said."

I hate to admit it, but I kind of agree with her. It's true in a way. I can focus much better when I'm alone. Speaking of which, I kind of wish (Y/n) could've come with me, but I guess it's for the best that he didn't this time. I wouldn't want anything to happen to him, especially after escorting Illia, Telma and Ralis... I still can't believe he'd take a blow like that for me. Who is he? Why risk himself for me? I don't think I get it, but I need to make it up to him at some point. I need to make up a lot of things to him. He even gave me his scarf that probably costs too much. I'll think about it later, for now I only need to focus on getting that last fused shadow. Then I'll have lots of time to think about how I'll make it up to him.

...

"What a strange place. What do you think these are for?"

Midna asks, pulling a handle on the ceiling down.

"Woah!"

The stairs in the middle of the room spin around and stop where we stand.

"So that's what it does... Alright, let's keep moving."

I nod and walk down the stairs and swim through an opening leading into a new room.

"Weird." I say
