I waited a while, and then exited the Gryffindor common room. I decided to just go down to the Great Hall instead of going back to my common room, where Zabini and Pansy were probably still at. When I entered the Hall, I went over to the Slytherin table and spotted Airam, Jalen, and Draco right away. Draco had been talking to Crabbe, Goyle, and surprisingly, Theodore Nott, sitting on the other side of him. I had only spoken to Nott a few times throughout the year during our classes, but I hadn't known him and Draco talked. I walked over to them and Draco quickly scooted over, making room between him and Jalen for me to sit. I sat down and Jalen immediately asked, "Where were you?"

"I went down to the common room for a second," I said simply, placing some chicken on my plate.

"For a second?" Airam asked. "The feast is almost over."

"Well, I took a small nap," I said, avoiding their eyes. It wasn't really a lie...

I continued to eat awkwardly, Airam and Jalen looking at me suspiciously. I looked to my left to see Draco was also staring at me. "So how do you guys think you did on your exams?" I asked casually, trying to change the subject.

"Bad," they said at the same time. I let out a laugh and Draco poked his head into the conversation.

"I know I did good," he said cockily. I rolled my eyes and elbowed him.

"Of course you did," I said, giggling. Draco smirked smugly.

"I guess I'm just great at everything," he said.

"What about your History of Magic exam, hm?" Airam asked.

Draco rolled his eyes. That one doesn't count. I'm pretty sure everyone failed it," he scoffed.

"Now that, I can agree on," I sighed.

"Professor Binns is so boring," Jalen complained. "I'm pretty sure he bored his own self to death." We all laughed, even Crabbe, Goyle, and Nott. Even though I was laughing on the outside, on the inside I was trying desperately to think of how I was going to follow the trio later that night.

After dinner ended, I went down to the common room with the other six. I sat down on the couch between Draco and Nott, in deep thought about what I was going to do. First of all, I didn't know what time they were leaving. Second of all, I didn't even know where the stone was. Man, I really hadn't thought this through. I guess I could just wait outside of the Gryffindor common room until they came out. But they had that darned Invisibility Cloak. How was I supposed to see them?

"Sierra!" Nott said loudly, elbowing my side and causing me to jump out of my thoughts.

"What?" I asked, sitting up straighter.

Airam and Jalen had stood up and were looking at me expectantly. "We asked you if you wanted to go up to bed now," Jalen said, her eyebrows knitted together in confusion as she glanced at Airam.

"Oh, uh, yeah," I stuttered awkwardly, getting up. I waved goodbye to the four boys, hugging Draco, before I followed them into the girls dorms.

I changed into some sweatpants and a loose t-shirt, and then crawled into bed. Pansy was already asleep, the drapes pulled around her bed. I stared up at the ceiling lost in my thoughts. They didn't even say what time they were going to go get the stone. I wanted to scream in frustration. I would just have to go down to the Gryffindor common room as early as I could to wait for them. Then I could just follow the sounds of their footsteps. Even in my head, the plan sounded ridiculous and far-fetched.
