Mia POV-

I sat on the sofa I was sitting on as my dad and brother went down with Vaarin's parents.

' Oh my god, this is such a huge step! But I will have such a nice life partner! His mother seemed so sweet and Naruvi ma'am was there too, I always get such good vibes from her. Even though she is just his cousin but Vaarin has always been closed to her.

Wait, if we get married then will J be Mrs. Mia Vaarin Ahuja?
Ahh, how sweet that sounds but as a feminist, I don't think I would be doing that, I love my surname. Will Vaarin add my name to his surname?

"Mia go inside and get changed!" My mom order and I lazily git up from the couch.

My smile vanished when I saw a pop notification, it was a message from Advik

'Shit I completely forgot about him! Will he again try to make some sick plan if he got to know about this? Should I tell Vaarin about this? Does he know about it? If I need to be clear with Vaarin then I would have to discuss Advik, at least then we would know not to trust Aditi and Advik again'

I got up from my bed and took out my favorite pair of shorts and an XXL T-shirt.

'Vaarin, I liked you for a very long time, and trust me I would have thought about your first proposal. You don't know how special it made me feel. But I was misled Vaarin, someone fed me lies, they told me bad about you which made me push you away from me. I know I was very insensitive and stupid to not talk to you and not consider your feelings. But now I too want to start a new chapter of life with you Vaarin!' I practiced my speech as I stared at the black ceiling

And after it, I will tell him what and who fed me those lies! I don't know how he will react but I hope he doesn't go to hurt anyone.

A stupid smile came to my face thinking about tomorrow, I'm nervous but I know I can't run from it. And it's for good only it will be done for once and for all!
Then maybe after that I and Vaarin can have a peaceful future, we will fight in future but we will have a certain trust no? We will fall in love?

And I saw in one of the stupid YouTube videos that my Soulmate's name starts from V, and Vaarin...

I was silent in the car. Thinking about how Mia Rathore turned into Mia Gupta?
