Making Friends and Influencing People.

After the events of the last few days, she thought she'd blow off some steam in the shooting ring. 30 minutes later Skye joined. Taylor started firing again. The targets she aims at have HYDRA emblems on them. She empties the gun then sets it down and takes off her ear protection. May stands next to Skye as she finishes, then hits a button to bring the targets in.

"I imagined they were all Ward." Skye told the women.

"Imagine they're all targets. Don't get cocky. This is step one. It's all about control-" May told her.

"Control. I know." Skye recited. After Taylor was finished packing away the gun, she left the range and into the cargo bay. She was greeted by a familiar face which helped with her shitty week.

"Agent Sousa. Back at SHIELD I see." She smiled at him.

"Yep, I just hope this balances the scales a bit. I don't want my grandfather coming back and haunting me." He shivers at the thought.

"Sounds like something Sousa Sr would do." They laughed. "But Sousa Jr I will give you a personal tour myself." She told him. And so, Sousa and Lee set off. First the bunks for him to drop his stuff off. "This is yours." She opens the door, and he walks in and chucks everything on his bed. "Well, technically it's mine but I won't use it so it's yours for the time being." They walk out and Jack bumps into someone.

"Oh, I'm so sorry love." She says in her Welsh accent. "Taylor?"

"Amy?" She hugged each other. "Where have you been?"

"Visiting family. What about you? You left without saying goodbye." She stated.

"Yeah, sorry. I was at Avengers tower. Steve says hi by the way." Taylor adds at the end. Jack's just standing to the side, confused. "Oh yeah, sorry Jack. Amy, this is Jack Sousa. Jack, this is Amy Rogers." They shake hands. "Anyway, it's really good to see you... but I do have to show this rookie around." She told Amy.

"Really?" Amy asks. Taylor just nods her head. "I'll take him off your hands. I was just going to walk round the base bored out of my mind anyway. It'd be great to have some company doing so." She laughed, grabbed Jack by his arm and dragged him away from Taylor and around the base. Taylor just laughed and shook her head and walked away just to be pulled into a debrief by Coulson. He's debriefing May, Trip, Hunter, Mack and Fitz.

"Most likely scenario, HYDRA's looking for another weapon. From what we've been able to piece together Donnie Gill had limited powers when he entered The Sandbox." While Coulson speaks, they see footage of Donnie, he's lifting water out of a glass and into the air freezing it.

"While there he was taught to control, amplify those powers." May added.

"Lovely, and who, exactly do we have to thank for that? SHIELD or HYDRA?" Lance asked.

"Your guess is as good as ours. HYDRA had scientists embedded at the base. Explains how they took it so quickly." Taylor told him.

"A friend of mine was stationed there. He said it got bad fast." Mack informed.

"Is that when Gill escaped?" Tripp asked.

"I don't know. What I do know is Creel wasn't an isolated incident. I've been told Gill's next on HYDRA's wish list." Coulson said to the team. Taylor's brows furrowed together.

"Told by who?" Fitz beat her to it.

"I have a source." Coulson stated.

"A source you trust?" Tripp asked.

"Very much so. Now, I want us to bring Gill in before HYDRA gets their hands on him. Fitz, you knew him better than any of us. You got anything to help us narrow the search?" Coulson asked. They all turn and look at Fitz who gets nervous.

"Um...well...the la-the last time that I saw him, he was, um..." Fitz stuttered. Taylor hated seeing him like this but knew it was partly her fault.

"Angry? On drugs? Uh...friendly? Sleeping?" Fitz has been listing to the words Mack is supplying trying to help.

"Yeah." Fitz replies.

"Sleeping?" Mack asks. Taylor's glad he has someone helping him. A real friend.

"No. What–the one–the–go back one." Fitz tells him.

"Friendly?"

"Friendly. Um...uh...no, he had trouble making friends." He finally manages to get out his words. May lets out a disappointed sigh.

"Anything else?" May asks.

"I don't know. Maybe ask Jemma if you have a contact number for her." He suggests.

"Okay. And if you think of anything–" Coulson starts.

"Yeah, we'll work on it." Mack tells him. Coulson nods his head to Mack. Taylor sends Fitz a friendly smile, knowing pity wouldn't help. Coulson signals Taylor to go over to him. He gives her a knowing look. She rolls her eyes, grabs a tablet and goes down to the vault for answers.
