Ye Who Enter Here.

Taylor woke up in handcuffs on a Quinjet. An agent sat either side of her and May piloting. The worst thing is that the two agents were her two best friends.

"Amy, Jack. I'm so-" She started.

"Not a word." May cut her off as they landed in the base. May stood up and walked over to Taylor. "Stand." She did as ordered. May held the cuffs and led her out of the jet and onto the Bus. May walked her up the stairs. Taylor heard Tripp talking to Skye and Simmons.

"You mean like someone getting shot?" Simmons gives him a smile. "Yeah, I got that covered already, so you can lose that vibe. We're good." They saw Taylor being led in by May as he said this. Taylor brows furrowed together.

"Wait Tripp, you got shot?!" Taylor asked. May just pushed her away and into the interrogation room. "Since Vault D is occupied, this is where you will stay for the time being. Get real comfortable." She was downgraded because of Bakshi. Great.

"May, wait. I'm-" She was cut off by May closing the door behind her. She sat on the bed provided, thinking. Did she regret what she did? No. Did she want to be here? No. Did she want to join Hydra? That she didn't know. Her thoughts were interrupted by the door opening. She didn't need to look up to know who it was. "How's the team? Is everyone ok? How's Tripp? I heard he got shot."

"You don't get to ask that." He stated.

"I talked him down, didn't I?" She asked.

"By disobeying a direct order. He could've killed hundreds of innocent people!" He shot back at her.

"But he didn't because of me! Oh, come on Phil. If you were in my shoes, what would you've done?" She asked, standing from her bed, pacing. He doesn't answer. "Exactly. Now you're gonna lock me up just like you did with him. What are you going to do now? Send me to my childhood torturer?" He shook his head.

"For the time being you'll stay here. You're not a prisoner but this door will stay locked. But with your powers you'll probably find a way to open it." He told her, walking out. She knew she deserved to be in there so she stayed put. She'd turned into the person who, less than a month ago, she claimed to hate. She'd betrayed one of the only families she has left. A few hours passed when the door opened again.

"Coulson, I don't wanna talk." She stated.

"Fine, I'll go then." She laughed at the voice. "Come on T. Cheer up a little, yeah?"

"M, what would you do if you were in my shoes? Asking for a friend." She jokes. He laughs.

"To be honest, Sparkles, I don't know. It's hard being in your position. You need to think with your heart, not just your brain. If your heart is with him, I won't hate you for it. The team on the other hand, well, I can't speak for them, but I know Turbo would be a little crushed." He explained.

"Yeah." She breathed out, still looking down. He takes a seat on the bed next to her. "And 'Sparkles'?"

"Well, you know." He gestures to her powers with his hands. She shows him her power. "Exactly, Sparkles." They laugh. "All I'm saying is go with your heart because if you don't, you'll regret it." He says. He side-hugs her then rises to his feet and walks to the door. "See you around T." He closed the door behind him. About half an hour later the plane became airborne. About an hour later May came in again. Taylor looked up at her, she stood at the door with a tablet under her arm. She shut the door behind her, grabbed a chair and sat opposite Taylor, working on the tablet. She turns it round to face her. It was a news report.

"More news on the investigation of the horrific murder suicide of Massachusetts Senator Christian Ward." The reporter starts. She sees the news footage and it's of the house in flames. "FBI sources claim that while the Senator did leave a recorded confession and other evidence found at the scene, other evidence found at the scene suggests another party may have been involved. Meanwhile, Senator Ward's..." The rest of her words drowned out by May.
