New York's Angel

Part 22 - Yelena Belova

A few weeks had passed since comic con and you had had a few meetings with the crew for Black Widow.

They had told you that they would be wanting you to lightening your hair for the role, which you were happy to do. Seb wasn't so easy to persuade as he quite like your natural hair. But he softened up in the end after much persuading ;).

Luckily most of the meetings were able to happen in New York so you didn't have to fly out constantly and leave Sebastian.

At one meeting though, Sebastian said that he would drop you off as Kevin had wanted to talk to him as well. You were both extremely confused when you were both sat down together in the meeting, for what you assumed was a Black Widow read through.

When the two of you sat next to each other, you saw the confusion and worry on Seb's face so you squeezed his hand in his lap for reassurance. He smiled softly at your attempt but his eyes never met his smile.

"Ok, so we brought you two guys to this meeting because we have some big news and plans for the two of your characters." Kevin began. As he rambled on he mentioned the two of you and your relationship and how it works perfectly well with what they had planned for phase 4.

"Now even though it is technically Black widow and the winter soldier who get together and have a past in the comics, we know that Yelena was in the red room too. So what we want to do with that information is Yelena and Bucky have a past together like Nat and Buck. They'll re-join forces from orders of SHEILD and they'll reminisce over memories together in the red room and sneaking around. This will then develop into a rediscovered relationship between Yelena and Bucky. We hope that the two of you would be interested in this ideal. Although we do not know when or what movie this will happen in we can expect it to be soon after the Black Widow movie."

The two of you looked at one another and grinned. "I think that's a great idea Kevin. And thank you by the way for even consideri-"

"Don't worry about it Y/n, you were made for this role and we are honoured to work with you."

After that you did go through a table read with Scarlett and the crew, whilst Sebastian went to the recording studios to voice Bucky for the new series of "What if..".

When the two of you had finished you went down to the garage where Sebastian had parked his car, the ride home was filled with laughter and thoughts on what might happen between your characters.

"Okay so we have got to celebrate this tonight. How about I make a home made dinner while you go and take a shower." He rambled on as the two of you stepped into his spacious apartment. 

Sebastian had decided to make your favourite meal. Home made cheeseburgers.

When you stepped out of the shower you decided to wear a blue midi dress, to match your butterfly headpiece in your messy bun.

When you stepped downstairs, you were met with an American diner smell that widened your eyes as you skipped to Sebastian's side and give him a peck to the cheek.

"Are you really making what I think you are?" You smiled through your words as you clung onto his flexing muscles.

"I am indeed. We need to celebrate our relationship in the MCU one way or another and then we can have a glass of wine and I can read you into a swift sleep." You hummed in agreement. "Now I'm going to need you to sit down and set the table for me as I prepare you gourmet meal." He said poshly, in his best English accent.

"You know, you really should work on that accent of yours, not everyone is from a standard English background, lad." This was one of the first times you had ever let out your north Yorkshire accent to anyone apart from Don. You blushed out of embarrassment as his eyes widened.

"Wait! What just happened with your accent? Have you been hiding that harsh accent from me all this time?" He mockingly held his hand up to his heart as if hurt. 

"Well, you know. Not many people like this accent for actors, so over the years with the help of Don and some of his British friends I learnt how to grow out of my Yorkshire accent. It only really comes out by accident if I'm joking around, a lot or if I'm fuming and raging mad." He cupped your face and scattered it with kisses as if approving of the one things you had hated about yourself your whole life.

"Well you don't have to hide it from me, you know."

"I know, but then why don't I get to hear that ruggish Romanian accent of yours, then?"

"Maybe because I adapted to the New York accent and I can only use my Romanian accent now when speaking the language. But then you wouldn't understand a word I was saying." 

"Well, I may not understand it but I certainly love the way you say it in the language."

"Ei bine, atunci, dragostea mea. Poate ai vrea să-ți citesc așa de acum încolo. Ce zici de asta?"

(well then, my love. Maybe you would like me to read to you like this from now on. How about that?)

At his words, you knees buckled and you lost your balance, he rushed over before you could fall and sat you down.

"Okay come one, let's get you some food."

The rest of the night went as planned you ate, had some desert from Sebastian personally ;) and drank some wine. He read to you in Romanian as he promised until you fell asleep. Sleep easily found him too as he placed the book down on the bedside table, turned the light off and snuggled the two of you up in the covers.

It was safe to say that the two of you would love being Yelena and Bucky together.

A/N:

Aww some nice fluff. Just to let you all know I have made a few adjustments to the story. Before Y/n was 31 but I have decided it fits her better to be 28 and it felt weird for Sebastian to be 37 for some reason to me, so I changed it to 38 so I can possibly fit in at some point Ale's content of BF Seb for the story and possibly use it on his b-day in the story.
